      I purchased a rainbow vacuum from them with the program they offer if you do 12 demos you get the product for free just pay $231.42 in taxes. I was offered the option to finance, make the payments and then when I completed my program I would get all my money back that I paid and the load would be cancelled. I completed my program at the end of June and was not given money until December, at that point I was given a check for $3500 which is the cost of the vacuum, I didn't cash it because I was only due the $1286.10 I had paid on the loan. For three weeks I have been trying to get someone to talk to and no one will call so I'm dealing with the owner/sales guy from the Villa ************ he says that First Credit won't cancel the loan so now they tell me the payoff is $3077.87 I have a check for $3500 that leaves me with $422.13 I am still owed $863.97 then pay the taxes off $231.42. Well ** the owner/sales guy is telling me there is nothing he can do and that First Credit must have changed the program after I signed up this is BS and not acceptable I would never have bought this knowing it was going to cost me more than the taxes of $231.42 No one will call me from customer service its all via email and I do have emails to show I just need to pay the tax upon completing my program and my money will be returned but this is not what is actually happening. Can you please help me get my money that is due back to me It's not letting me attach my emails but I can send them at another time My # is ************

      When completing our gift program, the maximum payout on a program is $3500. Some finance companies offer a loan reversal solution. First Credit offers a loan reversal option only if a minimum of 30 deals within 3 months are sent to them. We send on average of 5 deals per month so we do not qualify for the loan reversal program. ***** was given the option to have her loan reversed prior to the gift department understanding that the loan reversal was not an option for First Credit. The reason ***** was sent to First Credit is due to a last resort option as the previous financed companies refused to accept this deal. When a loan is reversed by the finance companies, all interest is paid off, however with First Credit not allowing us to do the loan reversal, ***** is responsible for the interest.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      1. This is a flat out lie I was NEVER made aware that my interest being waived was contingent on what other business they sent to the finance company 

      2. I was never given the option of finance companys and had I been and known the program wouldnt be as promised based on a particular finance company I would NOT have made the purchase. 
      3. I was told just this week by *************** that the finance company must have changed the program after I signed up. That is a flat out lie as I have spoken with the finance company numerous times and they have stated this is not the first customer of his this has happened to. 
      4. pls see the email I have tried to attach staying they will cancel my loan, all interest will be waived and I will get refunded all that I have paid towards this product. 
      5. Not only did I complete my program but that was at the end of June and waited all the way until right before Christmas for a check only then after 6 months to find out it wouldnt cover the loan and not only had I already made $1286.10 in payments but would owe an additional $863.97 to get this loan paid off. This was not as promised I was only supposed ti be out of pocket $231.42 for the tax on the vacuum. 

      6. again how is it my problem he didnt send enough business to the finance company that has nothing to do with what he sold me on the day I signed up for this program.

      As far as I'm understanding this complaint has been rectified. The finance company has agreed to provide the complainant with the loan reversal or interest free payoff as requested.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and yes I actually worked it out with the finance company myself. So this is resolved however it was still a nightmare. Great product but my particular situation was not good and I feel as though I was not getting any help until I filed my complaint with the bbb
