    I rented a clothes dryer from these people on the **** of March. I was told by the Employee that I would have to pay $28.35 (half down of a 56.70 payment) and that I would be charged the other half on the **** of April. I was charged the entire $56.70 instead. they refunded that and told me to call them to pay the $28.35, well they took out $61.69 this time (note that is more than the $56.70 I am supposed to be charged each month). I promptly called them back and they claim to have voided the payment and I would get a refund in 3 days, it's been 4 days and no refund of the $61.69. I called them and they said to wait for my bank. I am aware my bank takes about 3 days to process a payment, but, the first time it only took them 2 days (on a weekend no less) to refund the first $56.70. They cannot provide me with any more help as I was told. They have lied to me from the start. First of all, their ad says it only takes $.01 to start, it says nothing about a "half-Down" as I was charged by these people. I feel they are just trying to pocket money from people and something needs to be done. I want my whole $90.04 returned because they lied to start with, and I want the dryer picked up and to have my account deleted. There is no telling how many other people they have done this to.I haven't even been given any reciepts or even a copy of the agreement.

    I never received refund from ****** ****** store !! It’s been 25 days !! At this point I feel robbed
