    Very sad that this honda dealership doesnt have better customer service. Very unfriendly and rude. Do not take your car there or buy a car.

    I originally thought this was a trustworthy dealership, but only a couple of months after having my car, I found out they had wiped quite a few permanent codes from my vehicle in order to sell it. They are friendly & have great customer service, but don’t be fooled. They sell lemons! Would not recommend. UPDATE!: Took my car to the dealership & they told me the engine is fried! Thank God it is covered under manufacturer’s warranty. Clearly Hughes Honda service department and managers knew this before they wiped the permanent codes from my computer. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

    The staff love to smile and shake your hand, but the moment you tell them "No" they get visibly upset. They hustle hard and overprice by a wide margin, even up to $5,000 over MSRP. Errors in the paperwork were common and had to be redone. They even got my name wrong when trying to set up my account, despite reading it right off my driver's license. A few times I wanted to go home to do things like retrieve contact information or to bundle my insurance. However, I was highly discouraged from leaving. The only thing that mattered to them was finalizing the sale; again and again I was forced to compromise for them. They promised to deliver my new car to my home, but when they did, it wasn't with a truck. One of the sales reps simply drove the car to my home and I had to drive him back. Last of all, the service department is reputably overpriced. They try to hook you in with upfront service packages and warranties, each one filled with numerous stipulations and exceptions. After reading the fine-print and doing the math, I determined that the service there would cost me twice as much as it would locally. It took half an hour to convince them to cancel the service contracts. I did so by withholding my Social Security Card, which they needed to fix yet another error they made on my paperwork. In summary, Hughes Honda is interested in your business but not in your best interest.
