The dealership listed a white 2022 **** ******** ******** truck for on **** ****** for $147,000. When I called to purchase the truck they told me the 3rd party vendor (**** ******* changed the asking price without their permission. I've used **** ****** for decades and it doesn't automatically change the price unless someone does it through the account. Even more frustrating they had it advertised on the priority add on **** ****** so it was coming up multiple times during the vehicle search. They were clearly advertising the truck for $147K and were claiming the dealership was having a sale. However, the manager stated they could not come down off of the original $200K price even though they had it advertised online. I offered him his full asking price $147K and he declined. Honestly feels like False Advertising to me.

    Good afternoon Mr. ****,

I was informed of your message to the Better Business Bureau about the **** ***** at the dealership.  I reviewed the phone conversation with the sales manager.  He was erroneous in telling you that there was a mistake made by the third party vendor.  The $147,000 price you saw online was the price for the truck before the Any Level lift kit, wheels, and tires were added.  There was a delay from the repair order closing to the price being updated online.  I can show you the repair order closing date to verify this information.

I bought a new Mitsubishi at HUTCHINSON MITSUBISHI-Warner Robins. The purchasing is made online with the car being delivered to me. But almost 45 days since the purchase, I haven't got the title paper work to get my vehicle registered. And now my temp tag is about to expire is 1 day. Tried to contact million times since 2 weeks ago, first saying my title is going to arrive Monday. I went to DMV, only knowing that the dealer is lying. And then called to ask about extension of my temp tag, they said they'll send me one. One week later, nothing. No update from them. No temp tag. This dealer obviously break the Georgia Code 40-3-33 countless time. So many similar situations posted online.

I spoke to the customer.  He confirmed that all documentation has been provided and his vehicle has a tag.

I purchased a vehicle on **** ** from this dealership located in Georgia. I live in ***** ********. The purchase process was smooth and the car was delivered to my home shortly thereafter. The dealership provided a 45 day temporary tag. In order to register the vehicle, the title needs to be sent to the lien holder, however, after contacting the dealership numerous times in an effort to get the title sent, the temporary tag expired and the title has still not been sent out. After calling numerous times prior to and after the temporary tag expiring I was told the title work was in process. Apparently the title has been “in process” for the better half of 46 days despite it being Georgia law that the dealership needs to send out the title in no later than 30 days. If not for me sending multiple emails and repeated phone calls during this time, no one from the dealership will contact you on their own to provide an update. In my communication with the general manager, who I just found out no longer works at this dealership effective today, Tuesday, ****** **** the common theme was, it’s out of his hands, and now, in the hands of the accounting department who handles the title work. We have even tried calling that number and left multiple messages only to never get a return phone call. In the time in which I purchased the vehicle, it seems one sales person, and two general managers no longer work at this dealership. In one of my last communications with the most recent general manager, he indicated another customer was dealing with a similar situation as mine in terms of the title not being sent out. We need the title sent out as soon as possible so we are able to register the vehicle in my state of ***** *********

I spoke to the customer on ****  The ***** package with a new temporary tag and corrected paperwork has been overnighted to the customer.  Once that package is received back in accounting, the documents will be sent to the titling agency.  The turn around time is expected to be 10 business days or less.  The customer should have no issues with the new temporary tag expiring before receiving the official tag.

Buyer Beware!!We had purchased a vehicle from there 3 years ago when our car broke down on vacation. We recently traded that vehicle in locally and we reached out to them to get a prorated reimbursement for our extended warranty and GAP insurance. They have given us the run around and have NOT supplied any reimbursement. We have called, emailed, texted and they still refuse to provide details about a reimbursement. Just be aware of you purchase an extended warranty and eventually trade in your car you most likely will NOT get a prorated refund for what you have paid. They refuse to communicate.

I can confirm the Mitsubishi store sent the cancellation documents to the accounting office.  The controller verified the refunds for the extended service contract and GAP are in process.  I have conveyed that information to the customer.  He has my direct extension to contact me in the future if needed.

I traded a Nissan ***** and purchased a new Mitsubishi ********* on March ****. Here we are 45 days later, and they still have not paid off the trade (which was supposed to be a 10 DAY pay off) The tag office still has not received the title paperwork so I can not receive the permanent license plate tag. I was told that a payment was sent for the trade- a payment that is DIFFERENT from what is in my CONTRACT, the bank were the trade was financed denied receiving or seeing a payment. The tag office has informed me that my trade has already been SOLD- even though they have not paid it off. We have been going round and round with the dealership for weeks and have not gotten anything done. This is now effecting our credit scores and now I have TWO payments due one for which was supposed to be paid off.

I took my car to Hutchison Mitsubishi and got a break job all the way around my car. Then the breaks stated squeaking. Took it back and they said they will fix it. My car set at Mitsubishi for over a week and they didn’t even touch my car. I got mad and went and got my car And I talked to the head boss over the whole lot. He told me bring it back and he would make sure it got fixed . So i dropped my car back off On the **** of April. Now it’s the **** of April and they still haven’t touched my car. It’s ridiculous, unprofessional and unacceptable. Half a month to fix a break job.

We completed the original brake work in June of 2022. The *******'s had a noise complain this and we ordered replacement brake pads. At the time of service we felt to make sure the noise was corrected we decided to order new brake discs as well (not part of the original job). We replaced the pads and the brake discs at no charge and verified the noise was no longer present. They picked up the vehicle last Thursday April ***** The brake discs were replaced as good will and no charge to our customer. We understand their frustration with the delay but thanked us for taking care of the issue.

Well...where do I start? I traded my 2019 ********** in for a 2022 **********...the whole process was horrible and unorganized while there at the dealership there was to many hands in the cookie jar...we must have signed the same paperwork at least three time thats how unorganized they were...when we went to talk to the financial manager he said all the paperwork was done and we were good to go...so we thought..not even two days later ***** who was one of the sales people who had their hands in it was burning up my phone asking me for more information...keep in mind I gave them everything they needed at the beginning...well she continued this for almost a week until I blocked her and then the other sales person **** started blowing up phone asking for the same documents that I had already had given to them...so I was fed up and asked to speak a manager and so then this "desk" manager called me his name was ****** and he started yelling and screaming at me and so I hung up and when he called back I ignored him and then he sent me saying that if I don't give them what they need then they will come get the vehicle...at this point I'm like okay come get I don't care...so I'm upset at work and then I called to speak to someone and the "finace" manager told me they had everything but my proof of insurance and I told him I have to ***** two weeks ago...and then not even two hours later I get an email asking from **** asking for a paystub and I flat out told them no and I demanded to speak to a owner..so I waited a day and heard nothing so I emailed this ***** guy and he did NOTHING so then I called and demanded to talk to someone else so then ***** called me and he was so understanding at first but when I called to find out to if my trade has been off and it wasn't I was so mad...then frank had a bad attitude toward me when I told him I do not trust y'all anymore I want my car back the deal is off..soo y'all are bunch scam artists and y'all lost out on a lot of money with

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/10/11) */ It's been an unfortunate situation with this customer. The banks ultimately decide what documents and verification's they need in order to fund the deal. ***** and **** were the two sales representatives assigned to help the customer. ** was the sales managers who signed off on the deal. ***** is the business manager who handles the documents for the banks. Due to difficulties getting what the bank wanted and employment verified, multiple attempts were made to get the deal done. ***** is the General Manager who spoke with the customer and got me involved. As the customer requested, I got approval to return her vehicle so this situation could be resolved. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/10/11) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Everything they said above is a lie...I had giving them every document they asked for before we drove off the lot and they continued to harass and threaten my family for the past two and half weeks...I never dealt with ***** he was supposed to call me back me back but never did..this business was more concerned about the commission than anything else
