    I took two pairs of men's boots in for repairs. One pair was low top and the other standard. The first pair had a couple of small tears in the material. The standard boots had scuff marks on the toe. I paid for the first pair of boots upon arrival. The gentleman in the store told me he couldn't find the second pair after several visits and inquiries. I've called and text with only one response in *****

I would be more than happy to assist in getting your items back in a timely manner. The gentleman you spoke with is no longer with us and this is why we made the decision to temporarily close the store down to fulfill orders. I will personally call you to arrange pick up.
