    I recently purchased a 2024 Mercedes CLE 53 AMG for my wife. While the car itself is visually stunning and met all her expectations, my experience with the dealership, unfortunately, left much to be desired. This review aims to highlight the significant shortcomings we faced during this pivotal purchase and the dealership's subsequent handling.The first major issue arose when we discovered my wife was omitted from the vehicle's title, despite providing all the necessary paperwork. This is an egregious error that should have never occurred, especially considering the meticulous details that car purchases typically entail.Secondly, and most disappointingly, we found out post-sale that the hood of our brand-new vehicle had numerous dirt nibs that required sanding and re-polishing. This was something we certainly did not anticipate when spending a significant amount of money on a luxury vehicle. For a brand that prides itself on quality and precision, this was a glaring flaw that should have been addressed prior to selling the car.The dealerships response to these issues revealed a staggering lack of accountability and customer care. When I approached **** ***, the New Car Sales Manager; ****** ********, the Finance Manager; ******** Burkon, the General Sales Manager; ***** *******, the General ****************** and **** *******, our New Car Salesman (who is no longer with the company), their responses were pathetically inadequate.Not only did they refuse to take responsibility for the hood's condition, but their after-sales follow-up was virtually non-existent. This is completely unacceptable, particularly from a brand synonymous with prestige and superior customer service.

    Vehicle went in for the MB Recall Bluetec Exhaust Mod.My car went to them with no lights illuminated on dash, no leaks visible under vehicle or wierd smells.Service Mang. told us 5 days to do repair ended up being almost 5 weeks.They delivered back a vehicle w/3VISIBLE LEAKS(DIESEL FUEL,OIL &COOLANT) Service Mang. blamed these leaks on the fact that the vehicle is older, not the fact that our car was pushed out in 30 min. after being at this location for over a month for exhaust mod and programming.He says our fuel lines were cracked & we didn't want work done.Not true, have all my ************, was never told fuel lines were cracked, ironically they took off the clamps we had on & changed to different clamps on fuel filter, so they messed up the fuel line and instead of fixing it sent it out leaking visibily under the hood onto ground, thank God we didn't drive our 4 kids in it & travel to South **! They stated we were due for a service but didn't want them to do it. No we don't take our vehicle to the dealership for service, we have our records where we have an ASE certified shop do our work, we don't buy tires or any other major component at the dealer, we only let them work on it for the exhaust recall they were sued over, what a mistake! After 2 days of having vehicle, they replaced the oil cooler and orings, no charge! Really, something fishy about that, that wasn't apart of the recall. Our oil cooler was under warranty with our mechanic who replaced oil cooler & seals less than a year ago. AFTER RETURNING TO US- 2 different places OIL IS LEAKING FROM UNDERNEATH CAR, ANTIFREEZE LEAKING, ABS, ESP LIGHTS are illuminated along with now ENGINE LIGHT. We had to fix the fuel line due to the fire hazard they left us.Have contacted corporate and GM at this location with no assistance as of date.They need to pick car back up and fix the shoddy workmanship done by them & return with no lights or fluids leaking like it was before exhaust mod and oil cooler replacement.
