    Last year, I purchased furniture from Ashley HomeStores with the promise that we would receive our furniture within a few months. An initial down payment of 500.00 was paid and only a few of the furniture pieces arrived months later. We purchased the furniture with the owner telling us that they were going out of business soon and needed to get rid of the inventory. A year later, I went back to the store (which I thought was out of business) and told the owner of my concern. I was then informed that too much time has passed, and I would not be receiving the rest of my furniture. I would like a refund for my down payment since I never received what I purchased.
