    Aug/Sept 2023 Zero stars! They lied to me about our vehicle needing brakes on all 4 wheels (**** ******* driven once or twice a week with less than 20,000 miles on brakes). Being uneducated in this area, they flat TOOK ADVANTAGE of my lack of knowledge. Mechanic broke a brake line on driver side front and blew the seals out, and LIED to my face about it; he told the receptionist the caliper had cracked, then when I asked to see the crack, he changed his story and said there was debris stuck in the caliper. He told me it was normal for brakes to hang up from time to time after pads and rotors being replaced! They were going to charge me for parts to repair his mistake! Had to fight for them to remove those charges. Had a trusted local mechanic check that side, and she found that the bleeder nut had been cross threaded and left loose, and the sensor was not properly replaced. Brakes started squealing after a few weeks, and found that they also damaged the pass side caliper. This is DANGEROUS! Having to fight with them again for a refund, as now I need to hire someone to install a new caliper. DO NOT RECOMMEND HAVING YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE BY LYING, THIRD-RATE MECHANICS!!

    I'm very sorry you are angry and feel you have to fight so much. We would be happy to talk to you calmly about this. Apparently, the Service Advisor you dealt with was not able to explain things adequately. First of all, a brake line was not broken, and we did blow out any seals. We replaced all 4 rotors and pads. A caliper was sticking due to debris which happens occasionally. The caliper holds the pad. We replaced that drivers side caliper on August 16th at no cost to you because after our test drive, we found the drivers front caliper was sticking. Yesterday when you called cussing, screaming and threatening our staff we saw that the original problem happened 3 weeks ago. If you had a bleeder nut cross threaded and left loose on August 16th, then all the brake fluid would have leaked out the same day you were here and you would have had no brakes at all. So that did not happen. As to a brake sensor, there would be no sensors touched in dealing with brakes. Now you are claiming that we damaged the passenger side caliper three weeks ago. We would be happy to look at this at no cost to you to help resolve the issue.
