Buy a trailer and been seating for 1 month in a dealership in Cleveland waiting for parts. This people and the dealer that's associated with them (wow trailers) are not getting g responsible for warranty on anything they promise went you buy the product. Need to get in contact with somebody that really pick up the phone and honor warranty on this trailer.Business Response

Hello,
The only information I have found about this customer is regarding an axle/brake issue. We do not provide a warranty for any items we purchase and install on our trailers such as the A/C, axles, brake components, etc. Please refer to section four of our warranty paperwork.
"EXCLUSION OF COMPONENTS WARRANTED BY OTHER MANUFACTURES: Tires, axle, brake components, springs, suspension components, couplers, jacks, castors, mats, batteries, windows and doors purchased and installed by Freedom Trailers are warranted by their respective manufacturers and are expressly excluded from this Limited Warranty."
We are not aware of any additional warranty issues this customer may have had since this claim. If there have been any, we have not received any emails.

I purchase a trailer from Freedom Trailers 3 months ago that has a 7 year warranty on the axels. The first time I took it out the lugs broke off and I lost the wheel and tire. I filled out their warranty paperwork and call them with no response. I have made countless attempts and they will not respond.Initial Complaint

Brand new trailer was ordered in March of 2024. Delivered in May with electrical issues, a door that doesn’t fit and is leaking inside the trailer, sheet metal buckling, hinges that are almost completely rusted in just a couple of months and a drain hose that drains into the trailer. I paid almost $800 for delivery to my home. They claim a 5 year warranty when they sell the trailer. They don’t say the trailer has to be brought back to the factory for repairs. 850 mile round trip for me plus however long it takes to fix it. The trailer was illegal to take on the road as the lights only worked intermittently. I had a mobile technicians come out to fix the issues. Now Freedom says it is not paying the over $1300 in expenses because I didn’t send them an estimate first. If I had read the BBB reviews before I would have never purchased this trailer and obviously never would again. Their quality control is non existent. They have a certification from the National Association of Trailer Manufacturers but that seems to mean absolutely nothing when you see the lack of quality and safety in the buildBusiness Response

Good afternoon, this customer was asked to bring trailer back as it was delivered to him and everything was checked off by him. Driver had no issues with trailer during delivery so He was asked to bring trailer back so we could further investigate the claim. Customer refused and took upon himself to have someone work on with out calling us first and so his claim was denied due to in proper steps taken to have trailer repaired.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: The driver did have the electrical issues with the trailer. He actually hit the left tail light to get it to come on. I moved the trailer from my front driveway to my back driveway. No brake lights or tail lights worked. It was illegal to drive the trailer with no lights whatsoever. I paid Almost $800 for delivery of this trailer and they expected me to deliver it back to them for repairs An 850 mile round trip. The trailers are garbage and the warranty is worthless. Hopefully anyone planning on buying a trailer from this business will read these complaints first. Somehow they are able to suppress any reviews on Apple Maps, Yelp or Google.

We bought a Freedom Trailer from Best Trailers we picked up the trailer on 5/8/2024 the Day we picked up the trailer when the back door was opened we told the salesman that we were having a hard time closing the door, the salesman said it would get better well it hasn't so we took the trailer back to the dealer we bought it from and the bent the back door trying to temp fix it and beat with a hammer the side door trying to temp fix it and the floor is giving every support beam is bent. We talked to a man by the name of ***** on Aug 9 th he asked if we would bring the trailer to them even though it would be loaded. I called back and trying to talk back to ***** for over a week now no return phone call to let them know when we were coming its under warranty I need my trailer fixed Also when my wife spoke to ***** she old him what we had the ******lb axles and he said oh they didnt but the heavy duty floors inBusiness Response

Horrific company to deal with. Delivered a trailer with a leaking roof and required me to climb on the roof to take pictures, because the leak pictures werent sufficient, before they would send someone to fix it. We requested a manual awning - they installed an electric one but without wiring or a battery. They then dropped off a battery and wiring kit for us to do it ourselves. Paid someone else to install the battery and wiring - the awning expands and wont retract. Reach out for warranty service and crickets. I purchased a custom made trailer through Best Trailers march 2024. The manufacture is Freedom Trailers LLC. I reached out to them in May regarding the incomplete welds of the trailer, rust, structural deficiencies and life saftey concerns to both myself and other on the road. They told me they would have someone reach out and 3 weeks later nothing. After threatening to reach BBB, they said sure bring it in. I replied “ I am in miami do you have a local dealer rep” and as of today not one email back. They dont care about anything other than cheap production.Initial Complaint

December 15th of 2023 I contacted ****** at Ultra Trailer Sales in Maryland about ordering a custom built 36ft Enclosed FREEDOM race trailer.The Trailer was ordered a few days later.Late January I received a call from ****** stating the trailer was ready at the manufacturer Freedom Trailers located in Georgia except they forgot to install both of the Air Conditioning Units I ordered. Another few weeks pass as they install them and I am notified again that the trailer is ready for pick up in Georgia. Ultra Trailer Sales picks up the trailer from Freedom and on the way back the power awning that we had installed falls off causing damage to the right side of the trailer.****** contacts me to let me know they were working with Freedom to repair it.Over another month goes by and I once again get a call from ****** that the trailer repairs are completed and the trailer is ready for pick up. I ask ****** for a picture of the Certificate of Origin (MSO).The Gross Vehicle Weight Rating is not correct and states 15k lbs instead of 17k lbs with the 3 - 7k lb upgraded axles that I had installed. ****** states the VIN sticker on the trailer is incorrect as well and states 15k ****.After 45 days of asking almost daily and finally threatening with legal action I received them both on 4/15/2024. 5 Months after this trailer was built and keep in mind I have not been able to register or use it. On April 11th I chose to check the axles.I clean the tags off and send pictures of 2 of them to the axle manufacturer ******.****** stated the #12 Torflex axles installed based off the serial number were the incorrect ones for a triple axle application and a #12T should be the axles installed.****** of Ultra Trailer Sales has stated if I want a refund I need to get it from Freedom. Heather from Freedom refuses to respond to my emails after sending them them parts bulletins from the axle manufacturer regarding usage specifics for the axles. I purchased a trailer from a Freedom Trailer dealer on January 23rd for ~$9,300. On April 11 I notified the dealer that one of the fenders had come loose from the trailer. The dealer said that this happens all the time and instructed me to contact the manufacturer, Freedom Trailers. After some back and forth they said that they would send some longer screws and caulk. I indicated that I would like to have the trailer repaired at a local shop. After asking multiple times they responded “ I understand but per management and the owner I can send you some longer screws and a tube of caulk.”. I would expect Freedom Trailers to honor the warranty and reimburse the local shop for repairs.Initial Complaint

My husband purchased a trailer from a company that sells freedom trailers. I have been trying to get services for the trailer to be fixed due to multiple problems with the manufacturing of the trailer. We have had it since March 23rd and have been unable to use it due to the fact that it was put together improperly. My husband and I have been attempting to contact management over our concerns and our calls are not answered and are not returned. Purchased a 2022 36' enclosed trailer in August of 2022. Purchased price around $2300.00 . Contacted dealer about rear door and roof leaking. Was advised to contact Freedom trailer for warranty. Contacted warranty department with Freedom Trailers Via email. Listed issues attach pictures of water pouring inside of Trailer while raining. Warranty department response was they didn't understand what the problem was. Rear door out square more than 2 1/2 inches. Rubber roof is coming off. Side panels are braking from metal have ripples.
