    The team at Nelson is friendly and very attentive to detail. They really took care of our family from start to finish and made sure we understood exactly how to fund our trust. I couldn't be happier with the service we received and have sent many friends and family members their way.

    Our experience has been terrible. After our initial consultation with *****, we were turned over to *****. We were promised a 30-day or less expedited ******** application process, which took 90 days (the same time as the nursing homes). Furthermore, they were paid in full for services and we have not finished the entire estate process. I visited the office and was told we would hear something back, and nothing. No phone call or email. ******... do not do business with this firm.

    ******, you are a family member of one of our clients, not a client yourself. You are not the point person for communication between us and your family member. As a result, we would not be contacting you. If you check with your family member who is a client of ours, you will discover that we did get that family member approved for ******** according to the contract we have with that person. It is unfortunate that you have the ability to leave us this review when you are not our client.

    Stay away from this company they will charge you even though they say they won't they are just for the money not to help anyone it sounds great to start with but in the end you will owe them.

    Ms. ******** your family was required to go through the probate process for a loved one. Probate is a court process that is required when a person dies without having their estate planned appropriately to avoid Probate. Many times during the probate process one family member believes they are going to inherit from the estate when in reality they are not the beneficiary of the estate. This results in our client becoming very unhappy with us when in we have absolutely no control over who is the beneficiary of the estate. As this happened to you, I understand why you are upset. However, you hired us to perform work for you according to a contract and you agreed to pay us for that work. We have completed our contractual obligations and therefor, you are required to pay us. I'm truly sorry this didn't turn out the way that you had thought it should.

    Unbeleably bad legal service and advice. Unprofessional and no thorough at all. Stay away and keep your loved ones away!!! I wish my mother had not gone here but she did not consult me at all. The fee is outrageous for the service that they provide.

    First, Second, and third impressions were reassuring. I came away feeling good and hopeful that in the end everything will go as easy as presented to me. Everyone I dealt with were polite, professional, friendly, explaining everything and answering all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend their firm.

    I contacted Nelson Elder Care in February 2023 to contest a probate on my husbands property. I paid $6500 fee and signed an agreement with their firm to provide this service. The agreement states on page 3 paragraph 3 under "Communication" that "it is vital to the success of our relationship".Communication with this firm is broken. They only began in the last four weeks to be responsive to my calls and emails when I complained about the lack of communication. I was not informed or copied on any correspondence as requested.Promises are made and broken regularly with no consideration of the client or the agreement signed by the client. I have asked for a refund and promised to receive but still waiting.*****

    I am so glad my parents had their Will and Asset Protection trust done at Nelson Elder Care Law. The staff is great. It's really nice knowing my parent's estate will avoid probate!

I was incredibly impressed by the Funding Manager, ******, who met us at the bank and saw the funding of the trust to completion for my friends.
