    This is a very shady and dishonest factoring company. They rarely pay you same day funding as offered in their sales pitch for you to signup. One rep lied when I submitted a invoice for payment saying he has been trying to verify the load with the shipping broker. In reality I confirmed with the shipping broker that he never attempted to contact him. I decided to start factoring my loads somewhere else since Im not locked into a contract with them for any specific time frame. Then filed a UCC lien against my business and are refusing to remove it even though Im offering to pay the buyout fee etc. They wont return emails or calls and Im having to take the matter into legal hands in order to try to resolve this situation. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!

    We love our team and would not regard any team member as shady or dishonest. It seems there has been a big miscommunication and difference in understanding between us. We aim to be a company that is clear and concise with our clients, and it is disappointing to see we missed the mark.

    Regarding the specifics of your complaint, you were requesting that we terminate your UCC immediately. We could not terminate the UCC immediately because you still owed us money. This is standard within the financing industry. Secured lenders will not file a termination of their UCC when there is still an outstanding balance owed. We did try and explain this to you, and again it is unfortunate that our line of communication was insufficient to resolve this matter succinctly and professionally. As you noted, happily, you were not locked into a contract with us and your UCC was released as soon as your new factor completed the buyout. 

    In over 8 years of business this is our first complaint and seems to have arisen from a lack of understanding or frustration. We process fundings for several hundred clients in the transportation sector each day and we pride ourselves on always returning calls and emails. Unlike others in our industry we dont tie our clients down in long contracts  - they stay because of our good service and rates.

    Nothing is more important to us than the well-being of our clients and we are here for one reason only: to help our trucking businesses succeed. Although were sorry you left us, its more disappointing for us that you felt it necessary to file this complaint which is not at all representative of the excellent service we deliver and many happy clients we provide a funding service for on a daily basis.
