            This company installed a new roof (shingles) on our residence some 10 months ago. We are within the warranty period and requested a roof inspection to investigate leakage under the terms of their warranty. After some 3 weeks of repeated calls, emails and text messages to the company, we have yet to have a date confirmed for a service, roof inspection. This is incredibly poor service and response times given potential for water damage. We are requesting a service inspection forthwith by this company.             This was a WONDERFUL full roof replacement experience. We are very thankful to have found ******* ****** from ARAC Roof It Forward. He is a very experienced young person that was involved since the beginning of the project to the very end. He is not only a very nice sales person (not pushy at all), but also a great manager. He is very knowledgeable, professional, respectful and friendly. He went up the roof many times to check that everything was perfectly well done and debris were not left behind on the roof and around the house. The customer service is GREAT, as well. Also, I would like to add that the price was the BEST in the market, it was $10,000 less than the other companies we talked to and they donate to local organizations such as The Childrens Cancer.
