2 stars**************** SUCKS!!! I've had my unit since 2019, had issues, they fixed it. However, after that, a few years roll by its 2025 and I haven't had ANY kind of inspection! I've called several times a year, they ALWAYS say, Im going to get ****** out or have ****** call you it NEVER happens! Im so OVER this company. I agree with previous review, IM NOT BEING HEARD! Love the system, HATE the service AFTER you signup for it!!! WHO do you call if NOT the people you bought ut from **** ***** ******* or ***** ****, I haven't gotten satisfaction from THEM in last 3-4 YEARS. Guess I've gotta take my complaint to the OWNERS!Review fromEmily G

The bottle are so thin and flimsy and the caps are so hard to unscrew that I end up with water all over the place before I can even get the cap off. Happens every time with every bottle. Other than that, the water itself is pretty good.Pure Life Water Corp.

The system was put in on May 28th, 2024. On June 3rd, I had 2 water leaks that was reported to the sales person, *****. June 8th and 9th, I fixed one leak, with pictures and documents. On June 26th, the second leak was fixed. ***** offered $250 for the problems that have happened. I countered with $500 because of having to deal with the leaks for 3 weeks, higher water bill, and damage to the areas. ***** said that he would talk with the owner, but has ghosted myself for the past 2 weeks. I have called the office and no response. I have pictures of the leaks and receipts for what I spent to fix it.Pure Life Water Corp.

However, you were frustrated with the way things were handed by our team, and you just wanted everything to be resolved so all parties were happy. You are a very diplomatic man, and it was very appreciated in the circumstances. At this time, all the leaks have been fixed, and we have been in communication with you, and we have come to an agreed arrangement. You have been paid a reimbursement fee, and Pure Life Water will provide 2 years worth of solar salt for you to use with the system. Pure Life Water is going to contact the client directly to continue addressing resolution, but at this time, the customer has already said they will remove this negative review.Review fromBill H

I had the pure life stainless steel system installed approx. 1 year ago. It has changed our entire lives. My son and daughter have excema and my wifes hair was always dry and her scalp was flaky. Ever since installing the pure life water system, my childrens outbreaks have dissipated and my wifes hair is luxurious. My wife is a talker and she has told numerous friends about this system and they have purchased the stainless steel system and they are all happy. I can not thank ***** enough(salesman that came to home). He was very very knowledgable and showed us from step 1 how this would help us. Not only has this helped with all the problems, but the system is saving us money due to not buying bottled water anymore, but on utility cost and then some. Thank you ***** and pure life water for your knowledge and professionalism.Pure Life Water Corp.

1 starPurchased a package deal for two homes (me and my brother's home). The installation was not done properly and faucet keeps spinning around - sales guy C visited and we figured that the faucet was missing some rubber piece to hold it in place - this was a month ago. What should have taken a single visit and five minutes of work - still not resolved after 5 weeks of calls and texting and promises to get right on it - i have literally called or texted about 40 times trying to get a firm date to have it worked on - unbelievably the sales guy C stopped answering my calls so I called the company office and been speaking with the maintenance guy R, who promised that they will send someone this weekend but still waiting to receive phone call for appointment. I am beyond frustrated - considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if this is not resolved soon.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.Review fromSammie H

Subpar customer service Ever since the pandemic these companies have given consumers the shorter end of the stick and Im tired of it. I moved into my BRAND NEW HOME 30 days ago and received my home water filtration unit on Sunday August 13th, 2023 by ******. I had issues with dark stained water in the toilet but after 72 hours that was resolved. But, I noticed that my water pressure from my shower and sinks was too high/ inconsistent and would spurt out which is very annoying. During that week I also noticed my kitchen faucet would leak while washing clothes. In the 30 days that Ive been in my home I have NEVER experienced any of these things happening. I called customer service every day in hopes of getting help. Every time I was dismissed with we will have a technician give you a call back. When they did return my calls it would be ******. While troubleshooting ****** explained the same thing every time run all faucets to let water pressure equal out. I explained to him that it has been a week and the issue is still persistent. At this point , I dont feel heard and frustrated so I dont desire this unit anymore . I called customer service on Thursday August ********* and verbally told them that I do not wish to have this unit anymore . They were quick to assure me that this could be a small issue and just have ****** come out and take a look. ****** came out on Saturday the 19th to video tape what was going on ( of course the issues didnt show when he asked on demand ) , he then brushed it off since it wasnt an active issue .I was under the assumption he was taking the unit since I was verbal about me not wanting it in the first week of having it . Ever since then, I have been calling customer service trying to get ETA on when management will call me about disconnecting. Again, I am not happy and dont feel heard . Do not spend your hard earned money on a company that cant even call you back about their poor servicePure Life Water Corp.

We apologize for the delay in responding to your BBB review. I know you left it back in August. At that time, you also left this same review on ******* which we did respond to, and I guess this BBB review got lost in the shuffle. However, we do value your feedback, and in good business practice, we wanted to make sure we responded.Our response on ******* in August of last year, was as follows We are sorry you felt the need to leave a 1-star review. In speaking with the service team, they were in continuous communication with you when you were reaching out, and our lead installer (******) came to your home, as your stated. We were responsive, but the issue(s) you reference weren't occurring when he was at your house. We know that is frustrating, but there's nothing that we can do about that.On that note, the whole-home filtration system is on the main water line, and is "flow-in / flow-out". This means that all the water in your house flows through the system and continues on through the plumbing to your faucets, showers, toilets, and appliances. The filter system does not affect water pressure throughout your house. There is no way the filter system would have an impact on water dripping out of your kitchen sink faucet when you run the washing machine. It just doesn't work that way. That is a totally unrelated plumbing matter.Also, the spurting water would have been air in the lines that can get in when the water was shut-off during the install and the water main line is opened up to connect the system. As ****** stated, the air pockets go away as water flows through the lines, but will cause a "spurt" when the air comes out of the shower head or faucet.We are sorry you felt unheard, but we were responsive and in communication with you the whole-time. Also, we can't just take the system out because you are financing it. Plus, as you stated, the clean water immediately eliminated the "dark stained water in the toilet", and we promise it will continue to provide you benefits. Everything from clean drinking water, to amazing shower water, and everything in between. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with, we are your service partner and want to make sure you are happy.Review fromShana C.
