  My wife and I recently had replacement windows installed by Pinnacle and from the beginning our initial meeting with **** ********** was great. He offered a solution specific to our needs after hearing our requirements and we were very comfortable with his pricing and accessibility throughout the project. While the windows were being manufactured someone with Pinnacle would call us to provide updates as to status and expected delivery, which was very reassuring to our decision process. ***** and his installation team were exceptional when it came to communication and what to expect. When the windows were installed ***** took the time to walk through and double-check the installation of each window while demonstrating how to operate each style of window. You would never know an installation crew was at our house as they completely cleaned up after the installation. The windows are beautiful, and my wife and I are confident we made the right choice for replacement windows. ************* ****************

  My installation team from Pinnacle was amazing. Very kind and thoughtful and thorough! They do it all! Take down windows coverings and put them back up, new molding on inside and out! Will be sending follow up people to repair any drywall damage and do the paint touchup on both inside and out. My team leaders were ****, ***** and **** and I can't tell you how amazing they were to work with!

  Needing to replace our front door and door frame and threshold, I obtained three estimates. Pinnacle Windows won hands down.Their representative, **** *****, was a marvellous person to work with. There was no pressure as he clearly outlined the features and benefits of going with Pinnacle Windows. Great rapport with ****. He clarified expectations and set up appointment for a representative to come out to get measurements.****** thereafter came out and took care of the measurements. Very courteous, very *************** the end, ******* and his colleague came out yesterday (11/25/2024) to do the installation. You couldnt ask for more, as these guys took care of all the details required by the job. When all was done, the look was esthetically pleasing. By the way, the team replaced our plants in the same position they found them in when they came to the house. A thoroughly satisfactory job all round. The door and frame look amazing! We would not hesitate to recommend Pinnacle Windows to our friends.******* E

  Pinnacle provided excellent service ! I love the windows they installed . The team that installed the windows was so professional and did an awesome job on the installation! They were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Pinnacle windows both quality of the product and excellence of the team.

  We had 6 windows in our 30 y.o. home that were in serious need of repair/replacement. The double pane glass had moisture intrusion, and the *****/frames had significant moisture damage and looked terrible. The first company we contacted gave us a take-it-or-leave-it estimate with no details on what we would be signing up for. Based on a neighbor's recommendation we contacted Pinnacle. **** from sales came out and spent a good deal of time looking at the work we needed, explained in detail our options, and answered our questions on how they would handle the existing ***** and **** rot. Bottom line: their statement of work detailed exactly the work they would perform and the cost, so there were no questions. They just finished the job and the results are amazing. Payment is due when the job is done. We would definitely recommend Pinnacle.

  Wow! We just replaced our french doors (which were super drafty and in the way when the door was open) with a new sliding glass door - specially ordered from Pinnacle - couldn't be happier!!!***** and ****** did the best job with installation - they came in, got to work and in no time, it was done and all cleaned up and shined up! So very professional! It looks so much better!!!From beginning to end, the experience with Pinnacle was beyond my expectations! Highly recommend them!

  I never thought window replacements would be so easy. I contacted Pinnacle (NOT the ones advertising on tv) and they ****** to the house to give us an estimate. He was great; no pressure, no gimmicks, just straightfoward information. The cost was pretty much what I expected for high-quality windows. The windows arrived from the manufacturer on schedule, and installers ***** and ****** couldn't have been better -- dealing with some unexpected problems but with no delays and no "sorry, extra cost!". The work looks terrific, their explanations were just what we needed, they were considerate and cleaned up completely, and the windows look amazing. I've heard some horror stories about companies that frequently advertise on tv; Pinnacle Window and Siding is no-nonsense, no tricks, just great products and great employees.

  ***** and his crew did an OUTSTANDING job installing my beautiful new sliding glass door this morning. It's made with heavier glass, and now I cannot hear the fountain outside, the traffic passing near my home, or any sirens anymore. The new sliding door closes smoothly and easily, as it should, and the screen door glides with just a touch of a finger and locks in place, as well. The expert detail work included using a leveler, meticulous caulking around the door frame, and, of course, cleaning my new glass doors. I believe that ***** must be a perfectionist because everything looks PERFECT. Call Pinnacle Window and Siding **** located ONLY in ********* **, if you want gorgeous, flawlessly installed windows, doors, or siding. Installation is KEY.
