      Horrible customer service. They are not taking new clients at all but has not posted that anywhere on their website or on googles front page. Also talking to other military families that are not Hawaiian it seems to be a problem there should be an investigation. I really feel like they are racist and turning down white people that are not native to the island. Im actually considering filing a lawsuit! They refused to hire new people so they are extremely short staffed and cannot get to people for months at a time. I know for a fact that one of our neighbors right next to ** who is Hawaiian they definitely called last week and were told two months wait but because theyre Hawaiian and they were a new client they were taken in! Now why is that!? today I was told that they are not taking new clients and I told them I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau so here I am and write about review!

      Had air installed and had problems soon after. We are seniors and not use to all this technology. Was asked what we need to do. Was told clean once a month which we do. Had water leaking so called for repair. Unaware this company cleans. Had another company clean. Having trouble again. ****** covered e aide we didnt follow warranty. Is there a company that is safe for seniors! Cant get the invoice from when the unit was cleaned also!

      Amazing work! Island Comfort ******* the Manager made the process easy, very professional. Im off island did everything over the phone and email. I was in the process with different company but things fell through. Contacted ******* at Island Comfort he put me in touch with **** which he worked out all the details, and arrange everything on the day I want it installed.Big kudos again to *******! She kept me informed!****** & **** awesome installers they took down my ********************* the hot ******* sun! They work very hard! No complaints about the craftsmanship five stars all the way!!!Island Comfort we thank you so much for making this project come through!!! Really appreciated!!!
