    Our car needs repairs that are under warranty. Only **** can fix the issue. We have had the problem since the spring and were given an appointment in August when we called in early May. We continue to call for a sooner appointment, because the car feels unsafe to drive. We were told other costumers have been waiting for appointments since February and that now there arent any appointments until the new year. We asked for a loaner vehicle while we wait for the repair and were told the waitlist is very long. We have called all the other Fords on Oahu and Fords corporate number and no one has been able to help us repair our vehicle with a transmission problem under warranty. In the meantime, Cutter sent me a mailing advertising their services and saying they are happy to service my vehicle. I called in reply and was again told I would have to wait months. We wonder why it is so difficult for **** to fix a problem they are responsible for.

    My complaint is with **** cutter service center. Every time I have taken my car to Cutter Ford *************** I end up returning the vehicle back immediately due to poor workmanship. Also, the lack of transparency and substandard communication between me and my service counselor have made each visit frustrating. I constantly feel like I am having to extract information rather than receiving clear updates. Additionally, my car has stayed in the shop longer than anticipated each time, only to come back with new issues. The labor fees are absurd compared to the lack of quality work conducted on the vehicle, such as forgetting to s**** in a cap or attach a hose, causing me to break down in the middle of the road. This has happened to me two out of two times. I have spent nearly $9,000 on repairs, and the persistent lack of attention to detail and poor customer service have turned this into a nightmare. I've never complained about the cost of the repair, but I've always questioned the workmanship and labor behind it.

    We apologize for your frustration, but we have certified technicians that take pride in their workmanship and depending on mileage, age of vehicle worked on it might be just be normal wear and tear. I will bring this matter to our Service Manager's attention and hopefully, do a better job in repairs to your vehicle.
