    from June 30,2022 till today March 11,2023 monies were paid to Barbara Franklin for service requested which I was sent on a wild goose chase from video's to recordings to a purchase of a go-pro to record to getting police reports to witnesses testifying and for nothing since she failed to do a conflict check on parties that are of interest since Barbara had no intention to assist in writing letters .A total of ******* has been paid but I advised Barbara Franklin that I have notified my credit card company for dispute charges in January 2023.I have sent her a letter recommended by **** but no response since Barbara left for a month long vacation to ***** but still no response upon her return.I have the email threads, copies of credit card charges and copy of letter sent on January 28,2023 from June 2022 and the documents will have to be mailed separately .I truly need your help in getting the message across that this small office needs to be stopped from scamming hard working monies from hard working people in our community.

    I am rejecting this response because: you said this and that but I have email threads to prove otherwise .  Very confused unable to comprehend even though daughter color coded ************** for nothing since you refused to come and meet me in person just keep charging me with no letters especially to *************************** which was promised to me not hiring you to go to court.
