  BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCH SCAMMERS! These stores have conned so many older tourists and locals out of thousands of dollars with no conscience whatsoever. They lure you in the store or just physically grab you and pull you in and apply eye cream. Its the same script in every store like these. I was a victim in a similar store called Truffoire at the *********************************************** for almost $12k. Luckily I got out of there spending only $470. Thats when I started researching these stores in ********. Its like everywhere we walked we were accosted by these aggressive sales people selling skin care. Theyre all foreigners. One guy stood right in front of me and asked me where I got my hat. They will say anything to get your attention. He handed me a sample and told me to come in for an eye treatment. After the Truffoire incident, I kept on walking. This company and Truffoire are defendants in an upcoming lawsuit in July 2025. Hopefully they both get the ***** thats coming for them.   We take customer feedback seriously and value transparency in all interactions. However, we must correct the false and misleading claims made in your review.
  1. You did not visit our store or make any purchases. The only interaction you had with our staff was when you were offered a free sample, which you declined. Beyond that, nothing else transpired to justify this review.
  2. We have no connection to Truffoire. We are an independent business and operate with integrity. Any attempt to tie us to another companys alleged actions is misleading and factually incorrect.
  3. Our company is not a defendant in any lawsuit. The claim that we are part of an upcoming class-action lawsuit is false and defamatory. Making such statements without evidence can have legal consequences.
  We do not engage in deceptive or aggressive sales tactics, nor do we force or defraud customers as you suggest. We take pride in providing a professional and welcoming shopping experience, and we encourage honest, fact-based reviews.
  If you have any legitimate concerns regarding our store, we are happy to address them. Otherwise, we respectfully request that you correct your statements to reflect the truth.

  ****** *******, I apologize for the bad review. I did get a sample and was smart enough to decline the eye treatment after the other ordeal I went through. I retract the statement of saying your company is a defendant in a lawsuit, although your name was listed in the article. Please forgive me. Have a great day!

  Total scam artists who are smooth and excellent in conning. A+ rating for sure in SCAMMING! wish I researched this company Prior to purchasing their wonder creams and red ************* for thousands of dollars! Feel so embarrassed for believing their c*** and buying their c*** too. How dare they target innocent people and lure you into thinking their products really work and that you are getting a deal! They were at the Young at ********** in ******** on Oct 4 and 5, 2025. You would think this expo that is presented to assist and help seniors prepare for their future financially would actually SET A PERSON BACK financially!! They are not even accredited by the BBB therefore should NOT be allowed to sell their products in a storefront AT ALL and at ANY EVENTS in Hawaii! Very disrespectful, lying, conniving company and people who run it. I was sick for days after making a purchase as in small print on the receipt it says all sales final . What should be FINAL is their ability to continue to operate and prey on innocent people. Shame on them and shame on Hawaii- Oahu AND Maui for allowing this business to cintinue to prey on everyone especially Kupuna. I have a package of their crappy red light overpriced device and with their fake creams that sit in a bag still unopened because I simply cannot stomach looking at their overpriced fake products..I couldnt sleep for weeks regretting the pressuring and persuasion tactics and pesenting miracle products. How I could turn back time and pretend I did not get lured into their web of lies. Please beware and dont believe them. I am so embarrassed that I am out thousands of dollars that I cant even tell my family or friends but simply warn others. I am still stressed and bothered by this whole scam even weeks later!please beware and dont purchase anything from Hawaii Beauty Group!

  This is a deceptive scheme. They apply the eye cream and then blow some hair on you, which acts like an adhesive. Initially, it appears effective, but after a few hours, it leaves an unsightly white residue around your eyes. Despite purchasing the product and not even opening it, they refused to accept a return or provide a refund.I strongly advise against using these products.

  I sent this to ***************************, Customer Relations Director of ******************** on Aug 21, 2024: I would like to know the status of my refund for $314.14. Which was purchased on Aug 15, 2024, Thurs at *********. I returned item on 8/18 on Sun to ****. He somehow couldnt give me a refund and **** was not available. He said **** would send me a receipt on Monday and I would receive my refund in three business days. **** said HE WOULD HELP ME IN EVERYWAY TO GET MY REFUND On 8/19 Mon Left msg for **** because I did not receive my receipt or status.8/20 Tues Ally called and said will check on status.8/21 Wed. Finally I called again and *** said **** was on leave today. I asked to speak to supervisor and tired of getting the run around. *** said he who would contact ****. Later **** called saying there is an investigation w/Finance and I would have my money, no longer that a day. I am tired trying to get my refund. I checked on Better Business Bureau site and read many complaints on your company.I spent on Aug 15, an additional $6,282.72 for another product which I was never meant to buy. I learned my ******* DO NOT TRUST THESE COMPANIES EVER!They are to sweet and know what to say and do and target your weakness (sweets sly talkers) IF I COULD I WOULD RETURN MY OVER 6K PURCHASE and be DONE!!I am a local person who lived here my whole life. It is a pity that many seniors get targeted.

  They almost got me!! Almost but I dont buy almost anything without some crazy research project. *************- ******** couldnt tell you what the company name was but yes stadium out in the courtyard hading out samples. Got me pulled in my 18 year old daughter quickly followed behind. Yes the stuff does make your face look amazing- is it probably just like ************************** yes and I have that as well.200$ as they just opened and we will give you a free light therapy facial. I walked out and said I had to talk to my husband. Then the research started!Yes- stay away!!

  THIS COMPANY IS A SUPER SCAM -OFTEN DIRECTED AT THE ELDERLY-ELDER ABUSE.ON MAY 29, 2024, MY HUSBAND AND I WERE IN ***** FOR OUR CELEBRATION OF OUR 80th BIRTHDAYS. WE WERE JUST LOOKING AROUND AT A SHOPPING AREA ON *******, *****, ***** WE WERE JUST OUT WALKING AROUND THE STORE, A YOUNG LADY REACHED AROUND PEOPLE TO GIVE A SAMPLE AND ENTICED US INTO THE STORE TO SHOW ME HOW TO APPLY IT.SHE WAS VERY NICE AND CONVINCED US THATTHERE WAS A SKIN PROFESSIONAL WHO WOULD GIVE ME FREE FACIAL. WELL-HE DID APPEAR VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KEPT TELLING THAT WE COULDN'T TELL ANYONE ABOUT THE DEAL HE WAS GOING TO GIVE US. HE SAID THIS 7 TIMES WITHIN 5 MINUTES, WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE COST OF THE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, HE SAID 12. I THOUGHT THAT MEANT $1200. AFTER ABOUT 30 MINUTES HE SAID, AGAIN, WE COULD NOT TELL ANYONE ABOUT THIS. AFTER ABOUT 20 MORE MINUTES OF REALLY HARD SELL,HE HAD ME SO CONFUSED ABOUT THE "12" IT WAS NOW ******! I SAID THAT THERE WAS NO WAY THAT WE HAD THAT KIND OF MONEY, HE BECAME RATHER -ALMOST ANGRY. BY THIS TIME I WAS REALLY AGITATED AND CONFUSED. WE JUST WANTED OUT OF THERE. AT AGE 80-WHY WOULD I NEED $12,888.00 WORTH OF COSMETICS. YES, AT THAT AGE YOU GET KIND OF EASILY CONFUSED. HE JUST HANDED ME THE FORM TO SIGN. IT HAPPENED SO FAST THAT I DIDN'T REALIZE-OR SEE-THE NO RETURNS ABOVE THE LINE TO SIGN. WHEN WE GOT BACK TO OUR CONDO, I HAD TIME TO RELAX AND READ THE ***** SLIP-WHAT??? THAT WAS NEVER MENTIONED.WE WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY AND EXPLAINED THAT WE NEEDED TO CANCEL AS WE JUST DIDN'T HAVE THE MONEY. FOR THIS -OH SO NICE BEAUTY EXPERT-I WAS TOLDTHAT I WOULD PAY ALMOST $13,OO0.00 AND I WOULD HAVE NO PRODUCT. WHAT? NOW A THREAT?THE NEXT DAY THEY MAILED THE PRODUCT-AFTER WE ASKED TO CANCEL. SO, WHEN WE GOT HOME ON JUNE 12TH, THERE IT WAS .SO, WE SPENT $112 TO SEND IT BACK . THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT SIGNED FOR IT. SO, IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.SO, NOW I OWE $12,888.00 AND HAVE NO PRODUCT NO FREE FACIAL!I WISH THAT I COULD TELL EVERYONE TO BEWARE

  I bought this junk while on a vacation in ******. They had the same approach as described by the people who shopped in Hawaii. Same slick sales techniques and immediately lost interest when I said no to their light treatment gizmo. The cream I did buy was very expensive and doesnt do anything for the under eye area. I get better results from a $10 cream from my local Trader Joes. If anyone stops you to give you free samples run away as fast as you can!
