      I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Bacon Universal for their poor service and unreasonable delays in handling repairs, despite their quickness in taking payments for equipment purchases.Issues:Extended Delays in Providing an Estimate:Despite prompt payment for equipment and KTAC insurance, Bacon Universal took over a 3 weeks to provide an estimate for the required repairs. This delay is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. They did not communicate timely with KTAC, to the point KTAC sent 3 separate letters threatening to pause the claim due to the dealerships non-responsiveness.Repeated Technical Difficulties and Communication Issues:This is not an isolated incident. Bacon Universal has a history of "system malfunctions" and poor communication, leading to further delays and impacting my ability to use the equipment effectively.Unwarranted Charges:I was asked to pay for expedited shipping to resolve delays caused by the dealership's inefficiencies. This is unfair, given their repeated technical issues and poor service.Lack of Accountability:Despite raising concerns with KTAC, I was told the policy doesn't cover expedited shipping costs. The dealership's failures have not been adequately addressed.Desired Resolution:Hold Bacon Universal accountable for their delays and poor service.Reimburse additional costs incurred due to their inefficiencies, including expedited shipping charges.Investigate ************************ practices and ensure they provide timely and reliable service to customers.Bacon Universals repeated delays, technical difficulties, and poor communication are unacceptable. It is crucial for potential customers to be aware of these issues and for the dealership to improve their service standards.
