    I went to reserve a stay for four nights (2/16/23-2/20/23) at the Waikiki Prince Hotel on their website. There was a "4th night free" offer posted advertising the offer at $336.75/night. I read all the terms and conditions and nothing more was said about how they determine the "4th night free." (see first attachment). It would be commonly understood that you would be paying for $336.75 x 3 = $1010.25 and getting the last night free at $336.75. When you select the "book now" button for the offer, the total has ballooned to $1347 plus taxes totaling $1763.51, utilizing room rates from $429-$459 for three days (see second attachment). I called their reservation number. The agent provided me daily rates that were $10 lower (420 and $449) but stated that this is "common practice." Her manager, ****, stated that he felt this is "very clear." It far from plain, clear or understandable and reeks of "bait and switch" tactics.
