Our 100 Day Exchange Policy
I want you to love and cherish your items. If you have gotten your size mixed up or have decided on another style instead, you may return the item(s) within 100 days of receiving it for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only. We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at HappyLaulea. That is why we offer an easy, hassle-free 100 days exchange policy under these conditions: 
All item purchased from HappyLaulea can be exchanged except for engraved items 
Item(s) must be in their unused condition with receipt attached with its original order number.
Items which have been resized, updated and/or repaired do not qualify.
Free return shipping within the United States. 
We offer FREE return shipping from Honolulu for your exchanged item(s) within the United States. Simply follow the instructions Exchange Process below and your are all set to go. International customers will need to purchase a return shipping label which we will provided once the Request Exchange Form has been submitted.  
Exchange Process
If you need to perform an size exchange, simply fill out our Request Exchange Form specifying the reason for your request. This helps us to process your request in the most efficient and timely manner.
You can send the product back to HappyLaulea with any courier and method of shipment you choose, with the understanding that the product is in your possession until delivered to our office, and verified as delivered by signature or delivery confirmation if chosen. The return shipping from Honolulu to your destination is on us. 
Below are the steps to exchanging or returning a ring.
1. Follow instructions on the form to package your ring for return.
2. Fill out return form and include with ring being returned.
3. Send us the ring using the delivery method of your choice.  Be sure to get tracking on the package.  Insurance is also highly recommended.
When we receive the ring, it will be processed within 5 business days.  If faster service is need to meet a wedding date, please let us know on the form, so we can make arrangements to expedite your exchange.
Upon receipt of your return, all items are inspected for signs of wear or damage prior to issuance of your new ring size, replacements or credits. New and unworn condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the items. Additionally, items modified or re-sized by another jeweler are also not considered new. Once all conditions have been verified, we will send your new ring to the address that is indicated on the Request Exchange Form.
