  I was sued by an estranged EXstep-mother who filed malicious and fraudulent claims via this attorney office. These attorneys know Im a bonded notary on Maui and that I seek mediation / arbitration to resolve our lawsuit. The attorneys in this office are biased and knowingly filed libelous statements. I seek damages for libel from their office. A third party intermediary is necessary to intervene so justice is served!

  This ****** is submitted in response to the above-referenced Complaint submitted against our firm by *******************. Please be informed that this firm does not, and has never represented ************ as a client nor in any capacity. The matter referred to is a pending estate matter in the Second Circuit Court, ***************; ********** of **************************; P. No. 2CLP-22-0000149. We solely represent Petitioner ***************************, who was recently appointed as Special Administrator of the Estate of ************************** in these proceedings and do not represent any of the other family members, including ************. No legal services have ever been rendered by our firm to ************ in any form. 
  

  We completely dispute all allegations made in her baseless complaint against our firm and will be prepared to take any and all legal actions necessary against ************, should she persist in making any additional baseless, disparaging false complaints and/ or claims as an alleged 'customer' or' consumer' against our firm, including obtaining the appropriate restraining order against her.

  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. My estranged step-mom won a temporary special admin position until court hearing set on 11/4/22. This law office claims to represent my estranged ex-step mom and her illegitimate grandchildren and my brother in jail in their lawsuit against me as my uncles legal executor. This law office has now threatened me twice with TROs when I requested a mediator be assigned to the probate case to ensure my legal interests are respected. I hired my own probate attorney and filed my own case in court. Thank you!
