    ProtectPanel 11" x 14" Level IIIA Backpack Insert I like the product, the price and the purpose it serves. Item was promptly shipped and delivered with frequent shipping updates. Just being armed isn't enough depending on where you live. I showed my panel to few other people to give them something to think about in terms of increasing their level of personal protection. It's light, flexible and has a sturdy feel when you put it against your chest and slap it and hammer fist it.

    I was a little hesitant to order from Bulletproof Zone at first, because I'd never heard of it before, and the price was lower than anywhere else selling the *** helmet. I took the ******, and although it took longer than expected, I am very pleased with my purchase. My order got delayed by customs (totally not Bulletproof Zone's fault), and my customer service agent *** was responsive, helpful, and kind the whole way through! They gave me updates on every step of progress made, and even fulfilled a special request I made regarding the furniture on the helmet. Good deals and good customer service totally made up for the slower than typical delivery! (My order number was Order #BPZ-82157)

    I ordered a helmet through them and their site says shipping would take 1-3 weeks. I've now been waiting a full moth for my helmet; I have contacted them multiple times and always receive excuses and apologies, but no real information. The last response has been the most unnerving; they responded with a ***** tracking screenshot saying my package was "stuck in *******" but the screenshot was for a package being delivered to *********, absolutely nowhere near where live. They also "conveniently" didn't include a tracking number. Regardless of whether or not I receive my helmet, I won't ever order from them again.
