I am writing to formally request the immediate cancellation of my membership. As a 17A individual under legal guardianship, I have been informed that I do not possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Consequently, any agreement or financial commitment made in my name is null and void. Additionally, In accordance with Florida law and standard commercial contract principles, I am entitled to a three-day (72-hour) cooling-off period during which I may cancel any such agreement without penalty. Given both of these circumstances, I am requesting a full refund of the down payment made. We are deeply disappointed by our experience and the misleading practices we have encountered. As such, we will not be engaging in further discussion on this matter. We will say that we have discovered things like, that this company scams by showing outstanding reviews for their TOURS, while hiding reviews that are ALL bad regarding their membership. We have seen countless reports both with agencies like the BBB and ******, of bad business practices from this company. Please be advised this complaint is both (1) based on false and aggressive, unverifiable accusations against AHT&T ONLY based on seeing the reviews of others, and not based on their own personal experiences, and (2) the member has a 30-day no penalty cancellation policy which we are happy to honor.
The member filed this BBB complaint BEFORE contacting us to request cancellation. There was absolutely no reason to file a complaint of this nature.
We have received the Florida member cancellation form from this member already and the cancellation is processing.

I am rejecting this response because:My claims are not baseless. I complied with your 30 day cancellation policy, and have received no responses except for emails saying that Ill receive a response to the my contact information, listed to the wrong email address despite my correction two times. Furthermore, your own salesperson from after the initial presentation is recorded vehemently and clearly denying the existence of this cancellation policy. It takes one moment to get on ****** or anywhere else and sort those 5 star reviews that the presentation boasts to discover that all bad reviews claiming deceptive business practices are about your membership and all decent reviews are about your Hawaiian tours. That deceptive business practices, in combination with the clear denial of any such cancellation policy by your own employee, and the way I continue to receive no email responses except for ones that conveniently promise a response to the wrong email address is exactly why my claims have base and why this has been escalated here.

The customer misunderstood the redemption process when she initially contacted us to redeem BUT our team promptly and appropriately sorted out her concerns and she received plenty of quality booking options under her European resort certificate redemption.
She is, in fact, in the final stages of confirming her preferred property for her FREE one-week stay as a gift from Aloha and her issues are resolved per our records.

I originally signed up on April 23, 2024 and within 12 hours of registering I immediately knew this was a scam, and not going to be of any value to me and tried to cancel. I was told no. I said this was unacceptable and even offered for them to keep my $200 deposit but to remove me off the system. This has been an ongoing issue to get anyone to contact me, and I have several emails stating someone will. They continued to take payments until my card eventually declined. Now they have VERY unprofessional people calling from collections. I would rather spend my money on a lawyer than this nonsense. No one will contact me. You CANNOT hold anyone to a contract for services NOT provided. I will not stop until their rating is reflected and their business is YET AGAIN gone under! On 03/27/25 I attended a zoom meeting with Aloha, there I was promised certain benefits if I would join there travel plan. What I encountered was high pressure sales tactics. As they went thru there travel website booking platform, it showed comparative rates of there platform opposed to others being hundreds of dollars less than competitors. Once I signed up and got my own login info to view the platform myself, I saw that Alohas pricing was only 10 to ************************************************************** there zoom meeting. Also I was promised two other gifts, a 500 credit voucher and a free 4 day 3 night hotel stay. Those gifts were not offered by Aloha but thru third parties. It was made so confusing on the other sites that I was not able to sign up for either. After signing up for what they showed in the zoom meeting turned out to be something totally different. After realizing I had been had, I called Aloha on 03/29/25 asking to cancel out this membership. I was told by ***** at Aloha that all sales are final.Business Response

(1) In response to: "high pressure sales tactics" --> Some amount of convincing is expected with any type of sales presentation but we are confident that our agents and advisors are well-trained and truly believe in providing a respectful and fair experience.
(2) In response to "pricing was only 10 to ************************************************************** there zoom meeting" --> The ARRIVIA online platform provides our members with an international range of inventory, typically up to 60% off but can (on occasion) reach as high as 85% in different destinations, with higher savings in more popular destinations and lower savings in more commonplace accommodations or in small towns or short trips. There is nothing wrong with finding options that are on the lower end of savings ranges but that DOES NOT mean that the higher savings (as shown in the presentation) do not exist.
(3) In response to *inability to figure out how to use the webinar attendance gifts* --> We have no record of you reaching out for assistance but rest assured these certificates are ABSOLUTELY still available to you.
We will be calling you to offer a guided tutorial to recreate the great savings from the presentation AND to show you how to redeem your certificates but we have found no issue with the delivery of services and benefits therefore cancellation is denied. Thanks!

I am rejecting this response because: of False advertising, again when I attended the Zoom meeting the facilitator opened up the Aloha website and showed the differences in pricing on booking with Aloha and other travel agencies. The price difference was much greater on their Zoom presentation than their actual website. Once I signed up and logged into their website the prices were relatively the same as other travel companies. What I can't understand is that I am not happy with this service, I called and tried to cancel two days later. I was denied cancellation. I feel like I have been robbed out of 1,000.

3/20/25 $176.62 was paid for (2) nights for a hotel in *******. On the alohatravelandtours site it was clearly labeled as including taxes&fees.After paying for the non-refundable room, I received the following via email:Internal Note: Resort Fee+tax its per night due at property. Estimated total amount of ************ for this booking:117.28 US Dollar + *****% payable on arrival. This is more than 78% of my agreed upon room rate which was shown to include taxes and fees! I immediately called the concierge team to demand a refund on the room. I spoke to ******** on this team, and he told me if I clicked on a very small link AFTER entering my credit card info, I could have seen these fees. He tried to call the hotel, and they said they would NOT refund the room rate. I asked AlohaHawaii to stand behind their own customer who was misled by their site, they refused. This is ridiculous. If these fees were due, they should have been clearly shown on the MAIN booking pages, not on a small link after already committing ********** is impossible to use the *********************************************************************** site to compare hotels when some of these room fees are hidden until the last step of checkout.I am very upset that a service I am paying for to help get better rates would hide charges like this. I do understand that some hotels have these charges, and had they been shown on the hotel booking page I would have accepted them. Hello I just got scammed by this company which seem to have nice people that work for them until you have a problem with them. Joined the program with promise that would save money on hotels and vacations. Upon looking at the website there is no benefits and no mention about a cancelation policy. They showed BBB five star on webinar I am on BBB and its not an accredited business. They also used it on the webinar to entice people into believing this. I was contacted by telephone from Aloha Tours and promised a free cruise for listening to a 45 minute sales presentation over Zoom. The presentation described up to 80% off travel purchased through their exclusive website. The sales guide **** showed only one discounted property in *****. I initially signed up and paid $300 down payment with the rest of the $1500 contract to be paid in monthly installments from *****************. When i got off Zoom call I investigated the website and could not find ANY significant discounts what so ever. I called Aloha Tours back that very day (11-8-24) to cancel contract and ask for refund. I was told all sales were final and there would be no resolution. I contacted them again by email and told them I was within my rights to cancel this contract within 3 day time frame. Again they refused. I contacted my bank to file a claim which was approved. ****************** is attempting to debit my bank account monthly for $44 and this "unpaid debt" is showing up on my credit report. I contacted ****************** by phone and email and was told again this was a final sale . I believe I am within my legal rights to cancel this contract as this was a total lie of a discount website. I have tried to resolve this issue repeatedly with this company without results. BBB team, first off, we are concerned that the main reason this complaint is so aggressively fueled (or even filed at all) is due to the member shaping an opinion based on the reviews of others, not on his personal experience. Mainly because, since ******* became a member, he has only logged into his account ONCE and has (1) never taken a new member tutorial, (2) never contacted us with any questions or concerns directly before posting this complaint, and (3) has not made any attempt to utilize any of the membership resources available to him.

"videos and pics to support my claim" --> We use the live website to display the service, so if you have any "videos and pics", we would be happy to receive them and explain to you either what you are seeing, or how to recreate it.
"the reviews are horrible this company" --> Like any other company, we have GOOD and BAD reviews. We acknowledge them all and make every effort to address them.
"sent my personal information to **************************** --> You CHOSE to finance the purchase of your membership instead of paying in full. It was clearly marked and displayed during the purchase process that ****************** is the servicing provider for your ***ayment.

Attended a webinar and the company claimed that the website membership would save money on booked vacations. After longing on and spending numerous hours on the travel site, it was clear that there were no significant savings using that travel site. So within 24 hours, I asked for my money back. Also the free incentives that were included are not free as stated in the seminar. With the free cruise vouchers, you still had to pay over $500 to book. The free $100 is attached to some shopping portal where you just get 10 to 20% off on items. The whole thing is a scam.Business Response

Per our records, we have contacted you multiple times since you purchased in January, to offer assistance in response to your request to cancel. Each time, you have stated your concerns were ONLY buyer's remorse and that you had no issue with the services.
Your final response after receiving notice that all sales were final last time we spoke directly, was "since you will not agree, Ill go through other measures". Unfortunately, it seems that you have chosen to file a complaint based on new details that you've never chosen to share previously.
We are confident in the quality of the service that ******* provides under our brand. Please be reminded that Arrivia is A+ rated and accredited with the BBB.
Past that, you also never mentioned in direct conversation that you were upset with the redemption fee structure on the cruise certificate. We never use the word free when referring to this voucher. As displayed in the social media ad that you clicked on, originally, on March 3rd, 2024 when you submitted your contact information, what we are offering is a cruise voucher with taxes and fees separate.
