On July 26, 2022 at 1:20pm I went to this business to get a body scrub and cucumber facial but she gave me a meridian facial. I stopped her in the middle of her doing my facial because I noticed that this does not feel like what I ordered. I noticed that she started to massage my face very rough to the point it felt like she was hitting it and when I opened my eyes she was pushing my face so hard that it left a deep scratch in my eyelid and it was so painful that every time I touched my face I started to cry. She was pushing my face so hard to the point where she moved all my Botox gone from my face and now my face is uneven , and it is very expensive to get it fixed. Then it was time to wash hair and she didnt ask me if I wanted to wash my hair and she still washed my hair and a whole handful of hair came out because she washed my hair so rough.I asked her if she has a facial license and she said no , she does not have any license to do any massages or spa treatment on customers. The owner said all her workers dont have any licenses to be doing massages or facials. I then talked to the owner and she did not care and she just replied saying I complain a lot. The owner never apologized, and kept saying that her worker did nothing wrong, and give me a refund , so I cancelled the payment through my credit card.
