    Horrible.. discontinued a vessel I had a booking confirmation for and never contacted me I was given the drop off day etcI called to get a drop off time as I have done many other times.. I was told sorry its full then I was told it was discontinued????? *** oh then they said they were booked for months.. oh but then again they somehow found space on a vessel a week later. They are complete liars. I have shipped several cars so I know how to book. Liars. Oh doesnt exist or no its now full. They Fup,Moving..

    Have called and emailed several times since my vehicle is at ************ ready for pickup, and Pasha Hawaii is not letting me make a pickup appointment and is not responding to my emails requesting a pickup appointment. I used Montway as my broker and they told my broker it is ready for pickup but they are not letting me make a pickup appointment for the ************ location. I have called several times to which they tell me its not ready even though they told my broker it is ready for pickup and they do not respond to my emails.

    Paid $6000 to have a cab and chassis dump truck shipped to Hawaii. ***** arrived to Hilo port and the straps had come loose and the truck wasnt put into gear during shipping causing the truck to roll into another cab and chassis truck in front of it. Over $6000 in repairs needed, Pasha had us file a claim and two estimates from different shops. After submitting everything, they email back saying they're offering only $1000. When we counter and say that is unacceptable for the damage done to the truck, we're then told that because EXTRA INSURANCE wasnt purchased on the truck, the $1000 is all they will be offering. This company is horrible, we've had to make claims with ****** prior to this and they never even questioned anything and sent a check right away to cover damages. DO NOT USE PASHA HAWAII, they do not care about damages they cause to your vehicles. Go with ****** 100%

    I am an ************** member with a family of six. We are in the process of PCSing back to mainland. We contacted pasha and asked specific question pertaining to when our vehicle would be ready for pick up. They stated a date range and said nothing is 100%. So I asked from an experience standpoint if my family will be in ****** on said day when would we need to ship our second vehicle to ensure it is there on time. We followed their recommendation. Now we are at the day of flying out and will need our vehicle tomorrow when we land. Well our vehicle hasnt even been shipped from *********, **. We are continually being told well your date range was this to this. Its 100% unacceptable. We could have shipped our vehicle 2 months earlier if it meant being there on time. **************** reps have all been rude every time I have spoke to them. Communication from the time of shipment has been nonexistent. Now we will have to come out of pocket additional money to get rental cars and then eventually fly back to ****** to pick up our vehicle. What a waste of money. We will never use their services again and I highly recommend you look for other options when shipping your vehicles.

    If youre looking to ship your car from Hawaii to the mainland, please do not choose pay. Very unorganized, no communication, and wrong information. I was charged additional fees to store my car after the free days which I was aware of but the information I received from Pasha Gave me different dates than what they are now saying. I emailed ***** and ask him to contact me to discuss it and refund me part of my money and I didnt even get a reply to the email. I believe ***** works out of ****** *****. I would advise anyone to pay the extra and use *******.

    Paid Pasha Hawaii $2772 to ship my car from ** to Maui. Not only was the shipping delayed by 3 weeks (with them telling me they didnt know what happened or where my car was at one point or another), but when I came to retrieve my car in Maui, it could not be started due to a broken timing belt (several inches of teeth were shredded). Also the gear shifter was manipulated with. It was stuck and was forced resulting in damage. I was told it was my responsibility to get a tow truck and take my car to the repair shop. Cost me a great deal in repairs and headache. Pasha shifted the blame on my car and denied all responsibility saying their contract excludes ALL mechanical and internal damages! My car was in perfect working order when I dropped it off. I received poor customer service when contacting ******************** for any updates and claims. Pasha abuses their power over their customers as this is a monopoly business. They are very unethical in how they run their business and could care less about your property. BEWARE!Next time I will take my business to ******.

    Pasha understands Claimants concerns over the mechanical issues with her vehicle and have conducted a thorough investigation which we have communicated to her several times.  Her vehicle is a **** ********** Outlander with ******* miles with evidence of normal external wear and tear [See Inspection].  The Pasha shipping agreement sets forth requirements for transporting vehicles and the elements for which we will be responsible.  We expect the vehicle to be tendered in sound mechanical condition and able to be operated for the short distance it must be driven for loading on and off various conveyances.  Pasha does not inspect nor are we responsible for mechanical issues or interior damage [See signed booking agreement].  In this instance, the timing belt failed.  This is an internal component of the engine [See example picture] which is run off of the crankshaft and controls the operation of the valves.  It is a wear item and if not replaced it can, and does, fail.  This is not a readily accessible component and is controlled by the engine control module.  The operation of the vehicle, especially for the short duration needed to load and unload the vehicle would not affect the belts condition.  It is unfortunate it failed at this particular time.  Our driver noted the unit was running rough but not to the degree it could not be transported.  On arrival at destination, the unit was found unable to start (we now assume it was due to this condition) and manually removed from the vessel for towing.  The stuck gear shifter is most likely related to the seized engine as a result of the failed timing belt.  As per the signed booking agreement Pasha does not inspect or assume liability for interior damage and thus would not have noted the condition of the components of the shifter on receipt.  The plastic piece [Picture provided] is internal to the gear shifter looks to have chipped at some time.   As this is an 18 year old car some wear and tear is expected.
