    Your company doesnt even deserve a star!******** ******* and **** ******** **************** ******************** ******** **. Dear Aloha Auto Depot ****************,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and product I received from your dealership. On August the 17th, I purchased a ****** rogue 2014 from your location. Unfortunately, after only having it a month, the transmission failed.When I initially contacted your dealership, the salesperson who sold me the car provided an unprofessional and unsatisfactory response, indicating that there was nothing that could be done to assist me. However, after further discussions, another salesperson seemed willing to work with us on a resolution, initially offering to allow my partner and me to trade the car for another of equal value.Regrettably, this offer has not been honored. The salesperson is now refusing to fulfill their promise, instead providing us with inconsistent and unclear information, leaving us without a proper resolution.I believe that as a customer, I deserve fair treatment and accountability from your dealership. It is crucial to honor the commitments made to customers, especially in situations involving defective products. I am seeking a resolution where we can either trade in the defective car for one of equal value or receive a full refund.I hope we can resolve this matter amicably and promptly.     I recently bought a vehicle from Aloha Auto Depot on July 2,2024. **** was my salesman and was friendly and helpful. Helped me with my **** Bronco which Im truly in love with!! Even helped me find affordable full coverage car insurance and applied it online.. everything was done so I could walk out and drive!! The price was fair and Im still having zero regrets and worries!! Thank you for the staff there!!!

    We had a very good experience here. My 4runner runs great and I got a fair Value. I like the open air and kind people that work there. I would purchase from them again in the future.

    This company uses website scamming practices and should NOT be trusted. Totally scammed me into coming to their creepy warehouse by offering me a generous offer via an email quotation on my trade in based on a "ROUGH", "AVERAGE" & "CLEAN" condition. When I got there, they offered me $1,400 below the lowest "ROUGH" estimate and my car is is good condition. When I challenged them with the website quotation they said they must have made a mistake as the the website quoted "BLACK BOOK" pricing versus BLUE BOOK valuation. Just a BIG LIE and fabrication to support their bait and switch. Do not bother to go into this establishment. Their false advertising and fake "BLACK BOOK" practice should be eliminated scamming gullible people. Shame on Aloha Auto Depot - your business should be shut down.

    DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! They sold me a car that they did no inspections on and it was about to blow up on me and then told me they would not be paying for the repairs. Their customer service is the worst and their repair shop is a complete joke.
