    This online real estate school has a study material presented in disorganized manner. The course is divided into 8 modules. After each module, a student needs to take an online test. Some of the questions within the test might have ambiguous answers. Some questions do not correspond to the material within the relevant module. Some answers can be scored as wrong responses, even when the questions are answered correctly. This is because the owner of this business charges extra fees for retaking the tests, and is interested in a student taking each test not at once. The other possible explanation for such issues is that either the owner of this business or whoever designs the study modules and tests lacks the real estate background. Not recommended for future real estate agents.
