  Trident Construction LLC in ****** **** is the worst contractor that we have ever dealt with and based on that experience, we believe that he should not be allowed to operate. Trident was recommended to us by a designer friend as someone they would use to remodel our bathroom. Well, they were WRONG and our long-term friendship was impacted by their recommendation as well. The Owner, ******* came to our home and gave us a great sell of how he did things and his capabilities. He told us that he was able to do our main bath in 4 weeks if we bought the materials. We asked about his company in which he said that he had multiple contractors available and that if he got behind, he could bring subs from another job to complete ours, since we live here full time and the other work was from homeowners who didnt. **NOTE: In court he stated under oath that he told us 7 weeks and that the 4 week statement was a goal. We received an email from him at the end of the project stating that he apologized for the 4 week guesstimate. What length of time would you say? Soon it was very evident that he did not have other subs available and that he could not manage our project. We brought him to the house about a month into the job to let him know that we were dissatisfied with his work and his lying to us. He agreed that he would not want to be treated the way we were.Needless to say, 4 months and 11 days later we said goodbye to Trident/*******. Even though we were happy to get him out of the house, we were left to get a shower door that Trident didnt factor in. This took more 5 weeks as well as other issues that weve learned to live with. **We are forced into dealing with him about having a leak in the shower that we let ******* know of on 12/23/23. As of this date 4/12/24, 3 + months later, we still do not have the leak fixed. Bottom line, Trident/******* is not someone that we would ever trust, even to build us a dog house. Worst experience in our lives!!!!

  Attn: BBB, Please be advised that the above past client *********************** for review #****** is trying his hardest to smudge my reputation. He and his wife ************************* took me to court with untrue allegations. I won the case in the ********************* of the ******** Court of the *********************** ***************. Since he lost the case in court, he is now trying to post a bad review. I have had 100% satisfied customers over the last 25 years. This is the first time I've ever encountered this kind of abuse from a client. Please redact and remove his untrue and unkind post from the BBB and kindly block him and/or his wife from spreading anymore untrue rumors about my company. Thank you in advance!
