    On 7/14/2021, Installation of solar water heater was conducted at my residence (16-****************). Unfortunately, there were unreported damages caused by the installation crew that was not made known to me until April 14th, 2023. Pictures were taken by my roof maintenance guy before he was able to conduct services. I was refused maintenance as maintenance guy did not want to be liable for those damages caused by solar installation crew. Hawaiian solar was the only people on the roof and those damages are scattered throughout only where the solar water heater is located. I have contacted via phone and email with pictures of damages attached and I have not received a response by the company for any resolutions to the problem. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.I would appreciate some sort of correspondence on the matter, and for the company to take full responsibility on this problem that has been caused by the crew.I look forward to a written reply and resolution to my problem.*********,****************************************** (Homeowner)************

    Aloha,

    We have made several attemps to try to contact this customer.  We have called, emailed and mailed letters trying to get the permits closed on this project.  ***** tried to contact him to get him to contact us to have the inspections done with no response.

    We finally got contacted when he called 2 years later to tell us we damaged the roof.  Some of those pictures are from the ground so I am not sure why it was not brought to our attention earlier.  We make every attempt to walk carefully when installing but dents can occur no matter how careful the crew walks. I offered to have one of our technicians go look at the roof. I returned the phone call to discuss the matter and again did not get a reply.  On the form it says he is asking for a refund. I am assuming this is a mistake because this system was provided free of charge to this customer from *****.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have received zero responses from anybody. My number has not changed. I received no calls, no voicemails, or responses to emails.

    As of today still nothing! This response from the company is completely false. I also have pictures attached from bottom and on top of roof.
