    My *********** have prepaid funeral contracts, signed on 2/27/20, with Valley of the Temples through their 50th State Funeral Plan, LLC. My husband died on Dec 2, 2023. His cremation & return of his ashes was completed with no problems. I now am trying to activate the rest of the prepaid plan which includes flowers, memory ********* ******* Memorial package which is a register book, 50 memorial folders & 50 acknowledgements as I am planning a memorial service for my husband in July. At the end of May, 2024, I called Valley of the Temples three times to get information on how to proceed. Those calls were never returned so I called the person, *******************************, who worked with my ************ on the prepaid contracts. She got a female named **** to call me. **** told me she would email me all the information I needed. I never received the info & have called back four times leaving messages with the person who answers the phone that I never received the information. On my last call 6/18/2024, I said if I did not hear from anyone by 6/19/2024 I would call the BBB. Today is 6/20/2024 at noon & no one has called. I want the rest of my husband's prepaid services completed & to refund my prepaid contract.
