All sales are final. All sales of Upholstered items, furniture, case goods, bedding, rugs, and clearance items are final. All Special and Custom Orders are Final Sale. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Accessories may be eligible for return within five (5) days of purchase for STORE CREDIT Only. All returns must me accompanied by the original sales receipt, in original condition, original packaging, and with original tags attached. All returns will incur a 10% Transaction fee.

we stand by the quality of all our products and will help you find a reasonable solution if there is a problem or defect with an item purchased from pacific home. warranties may vary by each individual manufacturer. please inquire on a case-by-case basis.
