Terms of service:
1) A lien may be placed on my computer in order to obtain unpaid repairs/services left at Kauai Computer Repair L.L.C. for more than 30 days.
2) I understand Kauai Computer Repair L.L.C. is not responsible for loss or damage to any computer or parts in case of fire, theft or any other cause beyond our control.
3) I agree to pay the, nonrefundable, $40.00 diagnostic fee, plus any extra time, even if I choose not to repair my computer.
Kauai Computer repair will not be held liable for any hardware failures while performing repairs. Hardware failure occurs for many different reasons, is unpredictable and is in no way the fault of any technician performing tests and repairs.
Terms of ordering and installing parts:
1. Any computer part(s) (used or new) installed in any computer are ordered online and shipped directly to Kauai Computer Repair L.L.C. (referred to as KCR henceforth) for your convenience. Parts are not kept in stock by KCR.
2. No parts are warranted by KCR. Warranties are from the manufacturer or seller.
3. KCR is not financially liable for any defective parts, lost, late, return shipping or restocking fees.
4. KCR is not responsible or liable for personal or professional loss of productivity due to parts being lost or stolen in shipping or arriving defective. KCR is in no way liable for real or estimated financial loss for any reason.KCR strives to provide the highest level of service with aloha.
