Around July 14 roof damage in bdrm, contact relator contractor came out, stated the installation in the attic top dry bottom wet he would send someone out to repaint the ceiling, noticed in another bdrm thing contractor came out, showed everything needing repaired wrong, he called ******* his told him item, ******* told him to just fix it, he said no he would not fix, it needed to fixed correctly. Said he return when it was dry I ran into the him at Lowes, stated he no longer work for Franado any more because, he didnt want to do right, he gave me his business. he called said ******* told him to come and fix what needs to be fixed.I was at work he needs come after 5 then called my realtor. I have not heard from them from that day. 3 days later rain, lights in the hallway, start flickering. I went to the basement because I didnt hear the sump pump come when I open the door to the utility room. It was raining in my home like it was Niagara Falls. contacted my realtor and pictures and reach back out to them they stated that they were gonna come out the next day after five because thats when I got, they came around ****. came back again at 2:34 and was here for an additional 10 minutes. I notified realtor told they was coming after five. They stated that they didnt need to get in the house. On camera, Another inspection done, it was worst the the 1st. report sent realtors. I was told by sellers realtor, signed the paperwork and he was removing himself from this contact seller and contractor. I reached loan officer ********************* LLC ***********************, Managing Partner. lost sewer line backup. 6ft tree roots. Sewer line green paint in the alley not disclosed. electric not update. stated the pulled not approved. Pest control 2x mice/********* ants, ****** *** and my PENNYMAC mortage company told this FRAUD. 9/11 letter sent hoping to resolve 15 calendar days , no response. 9/28 certified mail
