      My wife and I visited ****, as well as three other islands, in September 2024. We did a sunrise tour of ********* which included a bike tour down the mountain which utilized Mountain Riders, LLC.We were not impressed with the tour, but chose not to leave feedback until after numerous requests were received. I left an honest review (which I felt would help prospective tourists), and mentioned in the review that we had previously done a similar tour down ********** in ******** which we found more enjoyable. I received a response from the owner, basically putting the responsibility on us for not understanding the tour. Fair enough, they are entitled to their opinion. What really disturbed me was the following quote, which is how the "owner" finished his response:"I would suggest riding pikes peak again maybe missing the turn on the way down would help"We found Hawaii beautiful and very enjoyable, however having to deal with this nonsense is ridiculous. Visitors pay a pretty ***** to tour the islands, and I am more than happy to pay the price for an enjoyable experience. I would suggest that Mountain Riders not solicit evaluations if they cannot handle the truth.
