      Dear Better Business Bureau,

      We cannot find any record of ***** ****** at *************************************************************************************Our records go back two years from today, and nothing was found doing business with said individual. Besides going back two years, most of our warranties are valid for only one year, and some of our services that include flash programming have no warranty.

      If *************** can provide a receipt of service or a warranty that was provided to him,we would be more than happy to look into it and help at that point.
