    We are writing regarding a charge of $1100.32 we incurred for a rental vehicle with Enterprise while our van was being repaired. We were recommended by *************** to use Precision Auto Body for a repair for my 2018 ***** Odyssey, as they partner with them for insurance claims. Someone hit my van while stopped in traffic on October 25, 2023. The soonest appt to drop my van for repairs was February 12th, 2024. We dropped my van off and were told it was ready on March 19th. I work double shifts and was unable to pick it up those week nights. I attempted to pick it up on Saturday and called ahead on Friday to find out they were closed. I left for a trip to see my son in ** on March 23rd and returned evening of March 29th. I attempted to pick up my van again on Monday, April 1st. The van was not completely fixed and the hatch was not closing completely. We had to leave it in the shop. In order to make the attempted pick up work before they closed, my husband had to get off work early. We went back after a second call to pick it up on April 8th I believe, and the car had a scratch down the side. They said they left it in the ******* parking lot where it occurred. We left my van again for repair. After my husband taking off work again to help try to pick up the van. The final day we picked up on April 11th, there was what appeared to be blood and a piece of skin on my drivers side door and white dust that blew out of my vents and all over my me and the interior of the van. We did not take it back or even complain bc we were just ready to be done with it all. Between *************** of ****** and Precision Auto Body, we want the full rental vehicle covered. We did not give permission to charge our card, nor are we responsible for the amount of time it took. We were inconvenienced repeatedly by this entire incident and are clear this is entirely up to the insurance agency and the body shop to handle the charges incurred and refund us.

    I honestly have no idea why I am being listed in this complaint. This is a matter between *********************** and *********************** of ******.
    The vehicle was dropped off for repairs 02/15/2024 and repairs were done on 03/18/2024. ************ left the island on 03/23/2024 for a trip to the mainland and did not turn in her rental car. First Insurance Paid for her rental car through 03/24/2024.
    ************ came after business hours on 04/01/2024 to pick up her vehicle but was not happy with her **** adjustment so she left the vehicle at the shop. We were done with the adjustments 04/04/2024at 9:00AM. ************ came to pick up her vehicle on 04/08/2024 at 4:45PM. Sometime while it was parked in my parking lot one of my other customers must have opened a car **** into her van **** because there was a scuff to her ****. I told her I would have someone buff it out in the morning. Buffing was done on 04/09/2024 at 9:45 AM. Customer did not pick up vehicle until 04/11/2024 at 5:00PM. I do not know when she returned her rental car.
    Precision Auto Body Paid for her rental from 04/01/2024 through 04/11/2024 even though the customer did not pick up her vehicle in a timely manner. Precision Auto Body is not responsible for her rental car while she was on vacation or once I returned her vehicle to her.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    My car was not repaired to the condition it was in previous to the accident upon pickup the first time, nor the second or third for that matter. I work full days from 8am-7pm weekdays and attempted to pick up my car on the Saturday before I left. I called and asked if that would be possible but it was not. When I did pick up my car, it was not in the condition it was in prior to the accident, as the rear hatch door did not latch all the way. 
    When we came back a second time to get the car it still was not in the condition it was in prior to the accident- there was a giant scratch down the side of the van.  The third time we attempted to pick up, it was STILL not in the condition it was in prior to the accident - there was blood smeared on my door and a piece of skin.  The payment for the necessary rental car, while the van was being repaired is a communication between *************** and Precision Auto body.  There is a balance of $570.54 that I was charged by Enterprise. This amount is still needs to be refunded to me.
