    Do not order anything from this company. Scam. Never received my orders. Only received tracking number that was just created and never was picked up.

    They do not send you a email confirming your order. You cannot get in touch with on finding out about your order. And it shows up if it shows up when it wants to. But they take the money out of your bank to bury the minute and order their product

    Same thing happened to me as others have noted in their reviews. Their website tries to push additional offers on you during the checkout process, never allowing you to do a final review of your cart before the order is submitted. You think you're submitting your order but then you get one offer (which you can accept or decline), then, another, then another, and another. Finally after continuing to click "decline offer" the fifth or sixth time the order is submitted with additional products you didn't put in your cart. I immediately sent the company an email requesting order cancellation; it has been a week and still no response. Never got a confirmation or anything. Just the charge to my credit card. I have emailed them twice. No response. This company is terrible.

    Do not order from this company. I ordered the anniversary bundle. And after about a month I only received one bottle of my order. Im out about 100 dollars. BBB did no help me get my order or my money back!

    I mistakenly ordered a bundle kit, and I emailed them immediately emailed them asked them to cancel the order and they did not respond and shipped the package; I emailed them again once again and it has been 2 business days since with still no response. I'm on the verge of just returning the package but the website says I need an RMA before returning. I've called their number a couple times and no response. Extremely upset about their customer service but them appears to be no way of contacting them. 10/10 do not recommend buying their products.

    I ordered one item, and they sent me a bundle of 3 items. I have sent them several emails with no response. I can only get a recording on the phone and no way to speak with anyone.

    Company is a scam. I placed an order and right away they created a shipping label but it never got shipped. Tried to contact the company multiple times with no reply. Card got charged and no product to show for.

    I have tried to reach this company on several occasions. by phone and by internet. They do not respond. I spent over $125 and as yet have not received my products. This company is a total scam! Beware! I would not had left a star for this review but it is required.

    This company is a SCAM!!! When you buy items they short you on your order! (I ordered 13 bottles and got 6!) Then when you try to call them you get a recording you email them and never get a response. You comment on social media to warn others only to get blocked. The only option is to file a dispute with your credit card company. Im sure this company would be way more successful if they were ethical and treated their customers right. These owners and employees will have their judgment day. Such a scam!

Such a shame that these crooks give ****** small businesses and our islands a bad name.
