Met 7/18/2024 to sign the contract. Initiated ****** payment of $4500 with ***************** No call no show on 7/29/24 , texted him on 8/2/24. to ask for a schedule 8/5/24, texted him to ask if he was coming that day and he still said waiting on the rocks, never showed up with the material. He promised to be here at 7 am the next morning. When he did not show up as promised, I texted to ask him if he was doing another job, no response. Damaged our driveway when they dumped the rocks, he did not lay down plywood. A rock chipped our brick mailbox. No show no call again on August 7th. 8/8/24, no call or text, no show. 8/9/24, two men showed up and worked half day to remove vinyl. ***** did not work, they were unsupervised. Did not show up on Saturday or Sunday as promised. 8/12 7 8/13/24, two men showed up, unsupervised all day. 8/14/24 - No Show 8/15 and 8/16/2024, showed up late in the day, my 90-year-old mother told him that the wall is uneven and one side is too low. He ignored it. and wanted the balance of payment, paid him $3000 via check. Did not do a walk through with me and I was working at the time. Weekend of August ***** - noticed terrible job that was done, no footing, large holes, uneven foundation. The rocks are sitting right on top of the ground which is causing the top to start cracking after only a day. Also noticed they used all my tile, even the ones I did not approve for him to use and some rocks from our rock garden that I specifically told them not to touch. ***** commented:, he said "thats the way it is & you need to pay $1500 for grouting." He also said I did not pay for the capping on the top of the wall. He asked me why I am complaining now and did not say anything earlier. Communicated via text and he promised to be here to attend to the issues mentioned but 8/19/24 No call, No Show
