      Double Edge goes far and beyond to help their customer. Very knowledgeable with tech, has helped with video recording, editing, he did a great job. Dedgetech has helped our company with multiple computer issues, security system, printers & so on. ***** communicates well when explaining the issues & what the resolution is or should be. We call him each time we have an issue.

      ***** is most responsible person I have ever met. When he promises, he always delivers and on time. which is very rare among the contractors I have worked with in ******. He did so much work for me in really short time frame!! He turned my home into a smart home with ****** system. Now I am able to turn on lights with a simple voice command as well as having access on my Iphone when I am away from home. He also installed home security which makes me feel secure since it alerts me when it detects any movement. He installed IP phone system to enable me to communicate with my corporate office. He installed LED lights throughout which saves lots on electricity bills. I also call him whenever I have any computer issues. He also programmed my car to open the gates so that I don't have to reach out to the fob reader. Now he is looking into installing smart lock for me. I just call him for any issues, and he is most patient in explaining how to go about resolving them.
