    My car is a 2023 Elantra Hybrid The left lamp has condensation!Not caused by **** noticed it when I got the car I figure it will dry up. But its 5 months and it hasnt dried up.Hyndai will not cover it!My lamp shows no sign of a crack!I have a beautiful car with a messed up head light! Terrible service!

    I had a 3 month check and a safety check appointment on June 3rd. I presented a paid copy of my ****************************************** until I get my sticker they (****) are unable to do a safety check. However, I have a current June 2022 registration on the vehicle. After being denied a safety check, I had to a make an appointment which is now 3 weeks out! I hope I'm not the only one who gets the "run around" but the staff needs to be better trained. This is a major inconvience having to go back again, for something that isn't my fault.

    When ********************* checked in for her service appointment she was asked for her current registration and insurance. She only provided the receipt showing that she had paid to renew her registration and not the actual current registration. State of Hawaii requires that we take a picture of the current registration paperwork when performing the safety inspection regardless of what the sticker on the license plate shows. Being that she did not produce the correct paperwork we could not perform the safety inspection.Due to the high volume of service requests, at that time, it was hard to set the appointment time as Ms. ********* wished. Hyundai service manager did reach out and left this guest a voicemail that we would try to get her in sooner.************************* Service Manager **** Hyundai ************* *************************************

    I was NOT asked to present an insurance card or a certificate of registration. I would have gladly offered the paperwork you would have requested. I had ********************* card, certificate of registration, 2022 safety check and 2023 receipt and confirmation. Now I have to wait 3 weeks out for a mistake the staff made. I also resent the fact that they are saying I didn't have current paper work! Shame on you!
