    WARNING BOUT *************************** CLINIC (LOCATED IN *********************):There is only 1 doctor here and that's the owner. Dr. ********************** just moved to ****** in 2017, worked at VCA and then opened her own business 4 years later. This clinic is not even 2 years old and making bad mistakes already. Her vet tech *********************** dispensed the wrong prescription medicine "Bone Stasis" instead of "Stasis Breaker". My dog took a full concentrated dose of the wrong medication for 3-4 days and his behavior changed so radically I almost put him down, not realizing their error. ****************** was more concerned about her staff worried about a malpractice negligence lawsuit than how this wrong medication would affect or hurt my dog. This wasn't like their blood machine breaking down and still making the customer pay for it. The clinic dispensed the wrong med and my dog took it for 3-4 days! What if I didn't catch it?I had to wait until the next day for ****************** to personally call me. She didn't even ask me if my dog was okay, and apparently didn't want to stick around for a couple weeks to make sure he was okay. She wanted me to go away and kept saying me she couldn't help me anymore. Nor did this vet tech *********************** call me to apologize and ask me if he was okay. Does she always make so many mistakes? She also made a mistake on the next appt. date, that I won't be going to. She is still employed there.I requested fair compensation to make sure my dog was okay after the Clinic's negligence. It wasn't like the assistant *********************** grabbed the wrong bottle, she actually wrote the wrong medicine on my invoice receipt. The way this negligent error was handled was a horrible experience and I think the public should know what kind of business this is. There is no integrity in doing what is right and instead the doctor got mad at me. Clearly she doesnt have a good understanding of how to do business and definitely has no Aloha. I do not recommend this place.
