I purchased the Advisori Insiders Pro class on April 3, 2024. I paid the first installment at that time. I have completed 2 weeks of the 6 week training. My current business circumstances have changed and I am not able to complete the course to create a new business. The refund policy requires a full business launch prior to a refund and this must be completed by 5/1/2024. I do not have the capability to do so without losing my existing business. This is unreasonable. I originally requested a refund but have also asked for the remaining payments to be discontinued with no refund of the original payment. This class has good information and would be a good avenue to pursue if my circumstances had not changed. I had no intention of discontinuing the class but it is unavoidable at this time. I understand they have a policy to launch your business before refunding, however, in some circumstances that is not a possiblity. If I could do that I would have already completed it and then would have no reason to ask for a refund. I literally can not complete the course or launch a new business at this time. I have not stopped payment on the upcoming payments as I do not want to have them turn it in to collections. I wanted to go about this in a professional manner by reaching out to their company. They do not provide phone support so the only method of communication is by email. The only response continues to be that I must launch my business first.

Per the email conversation this customer had with our customer service department, the reason they are asking for a refund is because the customer feels they do not have time to complete the course. "In order to keep up in my current job I have needed to work many extra hours, including weekends, leaving me no time to dedicate to this." We will not be providing a refund since this customer did not meet our ****** satisfaction guarantee requirements laid out in the terms and conditions they agreed to before purchasing. All of our students receive lifetime access to the course material, so if other things come up, they can come back and complete the program at a later date. Additionally, the time commitment to go through the purchased course is minimal, only 3-5 hours per week.

I am rejecting this response because:

The 30 day satisfaction requirement involves more than 3-5 hours as stated by the company.  In my location in order to contact and communicate with 20 businesses it will require traveling to several neighboring towns, the closest two being 25 and 35 miles away.  I had inquired about this program and proceeding in a small town during the presentation with no reply.  It is also not for someone else to decide if I have "3-5" hours per week to work on this in conjunction with my full time job.  I am not and will not be able to contract and communicate with 20 businesses prior to the 30 day requirement in order to ask for a refund.  This appears to be set up so that it will be impossible to request and receive a refund within the time restraints by meeting all requirements when also needing to keep a current job.  Not everyone has a 9-5 job and as I explained, my job is dependent on the market which had been slow.  It is no longer that way and I have no intention of quitting my current job as a real estate appraiser just to meet the requirements for this.  I'm asking that consideration be made for non-typical working hours in professions that are not 9-5 positions.  This will be extremely detrimental to my family and will cause months and months of hardship.

    Sincerely,

When my daughter, ******* (who is recorded as the owner of the course but I paid the monies), and I were sold this digital course, we were told explicitly that there were no other costs to start this business than what they told us...they stated there was only an additional $5-25 a month for quickbooks. However, when going through the course, she started listing all sorts of fees and costs to be effective in what they were teaching!... business license, LLC fees, domain name for website, website fees, hosting fees, email server fees, on and on and on! There was no mention of these in the marketing. They are definitely falsely advertising. When I asked for a refund, they stated we had to "do" the entire program in order to get the refund. BUT, we cant do the entire program when all these other costs must be incurred! This is an extreme financial hardship for us and they don't care. False advertising which we know is a FTC violation and they should refund our money NOW and refuse to do so.

The items listed in your complaint are not required to complete the course or set-up your business, and they are not required to receive a refund per our refund policy. It is clearly stated in the course that these items are not must-haves (website, business license, etc.), and you can come back to them as your business grows and based on your financial situation.

I am rejecting this response because:  AFTER you purchase "the course" you find out about all these items are needed for us to be successful in your business.  However, we were told falsely in the marketing to persuade us to purchase the course that there NO OTHER COSTS, except a monthly fee for quickbooks. That statement is what persuaded us to purchase the course!  She also stated that it would *********** weeks to go through the training and you can do this work in 5 or so hours a week.  Yet, their refund period requires us to not only go through the course in ******************************************************* 30 days, along with other "jump through these hoops" actions to get it back (like contact 10+ people and prove that you contacted them).  Let's see: if you have no website, no emails, no tracking system (dusabo), no proof of a business, no social media, no social proof, how would we prove it.  Record our cold call phone calls? You have it set up so anyone would fail to qualify for the refund and they know it. This is an extreme financial hardship and a refunded is due because of false advertising.

BBB is unable to locate the business.
Hello,I'm reaching out to the Company, Advisori LLC, a.k.a. "Advisori Insiders Pro" and the BBB to see if I may be able to get some assistance. I purchased the program April of 2022 and asked for a refund June 21, 2022. I was (and still facing) a lot of stress and undergoing mental health issues that prevented me from putting my best foot forward and was only able to complete 1% of the course (just the introduction part). I also felt stressed as more money was needed to make your own business, which I was not aware of at the timefound out through attending a virtual group session. I don't have the access funds, and had I known I would need to input more money, I would not have got the program when I did. But they were kind in replying & notified me a refund could not be given due to being past their deadline of 30 days. I just wanted to kindly and desperately ask the Company again if any refund can be given as I lost my job, don't have the extra funds to start the program and I need to take care of my mental health. Although the program doesn't expire, to receive support as I go through the course, I need to pay to get guidance from the ** Group via the Alumni Membership. The best decision for me is to have my money returned as it will help me immensely. It's not to have extra cash in my pocket, but to make ends meet. I'm just so stuck right now and this would help me keep food on the table. Clarifying again that I only completed 1% of the program so I don't know any proprietary information. I'm sorry to have bothered anyone, but thank you for listening to my situation. I hope you will be able to understand. (I want to reiterate that the Company has been kind and I do appreciate that, but I am pleading again due to my extenuating circumstances). Thank you.
