Beginning around February of 2022 - September 24, 2022, over $4,000 spent between wedding dress, alterations, and tuxedo rentals. They promised to provide a fully in house experience with a highly experienced in house seamstress with reassurance my over $2,000 dress would never leave the store. Over $580 of alterations later and many lies of how it got destroyed we finally learned the dress was outsourced to a seamstress in home that they fired after the problems with my dress. The dress was covered in filth, even red spots, and I have pictures to show how much filthier it got every time. The hem, also photo and video documented, was so crooked and cut so short they didnt believe it could be fixed. The bustle was completely crooked and 100% not what I asked for. They took the bustle out, damaging the back of the dress beyond repair, and I never received another. The bra cups were sewn in wrong and pulled back out, also damaging the dress. They wanted to have my next fitting less than ****************************************** this shape. For tuxes, I asked for a tux swatch and sample back in July, and I never got one. The tuxes finally came one week before the wedding. The tuxes are photo documented with the original measurements that were taken by an employee who they told me they also fired ( 2 employees now theyve told me theyve fired ) due to her measurements. The hem on the tuxes were over half a foot short, making them capris. The shirts had holes or buttons missing on them and not all the shirts were ordered the same. Besides the manufacturer with the tuxes and often slight hem problems, these measurements taken by bridal connection were over 2-3 sizes too big or small on all the tuxes. I had to come down to the last day with them, doing the final tux fittings the day before my wedding. Absolutely nothing was compensated. And I still paid the $580 in alterations that essentially destroyed my $2000 dress and left me without a bustle.
