I purchased furniture from this company a couple of years ago and I did receive it and I really liked it so I ordered from them again on March 8, 2024. The Invoice order # is: ***** in the amount of $1,093.40 for (2) Basic Adirondack package deals in Coastal Gray on Black. I used may debit card to order this because I had received items from them a couple of years ago and everything was fine. I received a $50.00 discount from them to I order a couple of foot stools from them also. I did receive one of the stools but that was all. This is Order #***** in the amount of $108.61 for the one they did not send.I called them to see where my order was and they said it would be shipped out later that week or the beginning of the following week. I waited and nothing came so I called again and no answer. I have tried again and again and the phone number is no longer in service. I see their site is still active and my order still shows up as processing but I don't know if they closed their doors or what is up with them. On July 24, 2024 I ordered the "Basic Adirondack Package" in Coastal Gray. Order number *****. My credit card was charged in full at that time in the amount of $509.15. The package was supposed to be two folding poly Adirondack chairs and one folding poly side table. Estimated delivery time was 6-8 weeks. While it has been just over 8 weeks, I now see online that the company is "Permanently Closed" according to ******, the website will not load (*****************************************), and the phone number is no longer in service *************). I found an alternate phone number for the company *************) and left a voice mail message on October 2, 2024 but it's doubtful I will hear back. At this time, I would like to request a refund of the total amount paid unless there is any way that I can still have the product delivered to me, guaranteed, and in a timely fashion.Initial Complaint

We purchased a counter height table and two swivel counter height chairs on May 9, 2023 so this has been going on for well over a year. Took months and we finally received the table but still have not received the chairs. I have contacted them multiple times via phone, e-mail and text and they made numerous promises but never came through. I really need the chairs to complete my set but my last request was just to refund my money. As of today when I attempt to contact them it appears that the business has permanently closed. We had purchased furniture from this company previously with no issues so had no reason to believe this would happen.Initial Complaint

I ordered January ****** and I finally received part of my order August, 2024. I still have not received a table that goes with the 4 chairs they delivered. It is now September 27, 2024. On January 28, 2024, I ordered 2 Adirondack chairs with a matching table to replace the set I had previously purchased (and loved) from this company (tree crushed the originals). On January 28, $509.15 was charged to my credit card. I knew that the chairs would take a while to come (and my deck was still broken), so I didn't panic when I didn't receive them in a couple of months. I emailed them on April 20 and was told that a ticket had been created. I emailed them on August 1st and heard nothing. I called and had to leave a message on 8/2 & 8/19 and was sent to voicemail - call was not returned. September 5, I called and ******* said the call could not be completed. On May 30th placed an *************** online with Amish Made Poly and got a confirmation / invoice immediately emailed. Since then no shipment was received although many times Ive tried to reach out per Telephone or email to get a status update or file a complaint. Initial order placed in April of 2020. After many calls and emails, their 6-8 week promised time turned to almost 20 weeks. The Adirondack rockers had misdrilled holes. I was advised to preload the part to fit the rocker arms. That has now resulted in a fractured rocker arm. Multiple phone calls and emails with photos unanswered. They do not even respond, let alone honor their 20 year warranty..Basic Adirondack package ordered in summer 2022, never arrived. After repeated complaints, I was sent a substitute of water stained, musty Adirondack lounge chairs..A side table ordered in Summer 2023 never arrived. Repeated phone calls and harsh emails finally resulted in money being refunded..A terrible company with sub par product that is contemptibly cashing in on the Amish ******* NOT ORDER from this company.They should have a ZERO STAR rating.Initial Complaint

SCAMMED: Purchased 2 Adirondack rockers and two cup holders for the chairs on July 3, 2024 for a total amount of $664.20. Online site says order is processing. Payment was made immediately using ****** on the same day, and I have a text message from the business stating the payment was made & accepted for the order. They said 6-8 weeks for delivery. I tried to contact them over the last week or so to check on the order status. In doing so, I came across numerous customer reviews stating the business was permanently closed and BBB complaints saying they were scammed. ****** maps showing their location also states permanently closed. I tried calling numerous times, but the number disconnects immediately. I have sent messages via their website & via the text number that verified the payment with zero responses. Besides this complaint, I will be contacting the Iowa State ************************ & the Florida State ************************ where I reside. This business has taken hard-earned money from hundreds, if not thousands of customers and someone needs to be held liable. They need to be investigated immediately and people need to be sent to prison for this scam. As I write this complaint, their web site is still up & operating like a legitimate business and they are still scamming people out of their money. We need action immediately. I order to Amish made poly chairs on July ******* and paid via pay pal. I have tried to call the company over 15 times with no response to my voicemails. I have sent 3 emails from there online website email obtains. I have tried to call again since Aug ******* multiple times and the phone number that is listed on the order confirmation and on their website is no longer working. I have not received any part of my order or a communication back on when and if the order has been processed or shipped.
