Stanley Steemer came to my home to clean my air ducts November 15th 2024. The next day I went to take something to the basement and noticed chips in my kitchen cabinet doors. I was very upset I have just recently remodeled my kitchen. I called right away to the ********, **** I talked with ******. She assured me that someone would come to look at my cabinets and that they would make it right. A week later **** came and stated that he could see the chips and they appeared to be the size of the buckle that is on their equipment. he said we will take care of it not to worry. I would have to get estimates to see how much it would be to fix it and what had to be done to fix it. ****** stated the company was also locating a service to repair my cabinets. I adamantly stated I am very protective of my home and would only want my ********* in my home. She stated she understood but this was part of the process. I was told to get estimates and I did.The manager from **********, Iowa **** said both of the estimates were ridiculous. He said we have contacted Fiststick Cabinets in ***********, **** and they will come and repair the cabinets. He stated if you don't allow them to fix the cabinets then nothing would be done. It was told to me that was my only choice. I was very very upset and felt bullied at the time. I am 66 years old I live alone and I had saved up to redo my kitchen. Now my dream kitchen was damaged I paid them ****** dollars to damage my home. I called Fishsticks cabinetry to ask what they would do when they got here. She said they gave Stanley Steemer two choices one to replace cabinet doors and other would be a stain kit which she said meant they would be dabbing stain on it. I called **** in **********, **** and asked how they could be doing this to me he said that's all we are willing to do and he added at my end I have done my due diligence in this matter and if you don't accept we have nothing else to offer. I am so distressed please help
