    My son scheduled an appointment with the dentist office. They ran his insurance once he got to the appointment but didn't tell him that his insurance wasn't accepted until after they did his exam. They proceeded to have him make a payment arrangement of ****** a month until the balance of $310.00 was paid off. I called to ask what the insurance procedure was and they told me they verify insurance before seeing the patient and if the insurance isn't accepted then they tell the patient before they take them back for the exam. They failed to tell my son his insurance wasn't accepted until after they did the exam and x-rays. By then he wasn't able to decline their services and is now stuck with a bill over $300.00
