    We contacted Jackson Remodeling for drywall in two rooms and ceiling repair due to water damage in another area. After several cancellations ******** came out and reviewed the rooms we wanted work done in. She said she would email the bids to us. We received a partial bid but not for the other two rooms. I called several times and left voice mails. She never answered or returned my calls. I sent text messages and she finally replied that she thought she had sent them. She said she would stop back at the shop and see why they didn't get sent. We never heard back. I'm assuming the job was more than they could handle or they didn't want to do it. The professional and honest thing would have been to contact us and let us know instead of wasting our time and ghosting us. That way we could have found a reliable professional company to move forward with. Which we did! I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with this company.I would have left zero stars but I had to pick something.
