We contacted Jackson Remodeling for drywall in two rooms and ceiling repair due to water damage in another area. After several cancellations ******** came out and reviewed the rooms we wanted work done in. She said she would email the bids to us. We received a partial bid but not for the other two rooms. I called several times and left voice mails. She never answered or returned my calls. I sent text messages and she finally replied that she thought she had sent them. She said she would stop back at the shop and see why they didn't get sent. We never heard back. I'm assuming the job was more than they could handle or they didn't want to do it. The professional and honest thing would have been to contact us and let us know instead of wasting our time and ghosting us. That way we could have found a reliable professional company to move forward with. Which we did! I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with this company.I would have left zero stars but I had to pick something.

Jackson Remodeling & Repair finished our entire basement. They came in and framed, ran electrical, installed lighting, ran plumbing, built a bathroom, installed shower/toilet/vanity, installed flooring in the main area, installed tile in the bathroom, drywalled walls and ledges, painted, built a custom "quartz island", built a bedroom, hung doors, and installed casing/trim throughout. The basement is now gorgeous and comfortable to enjoy; I believe that the high-quality work is apparent as soon as you walk through the door.Jackson Remodeling probably completed work that I inadvertently failed to mention above, but the point I am trying to make is that it was a big residential job, in my opinion. It is definitely a big deal for my family as we begin to use and enjoy our new home.The people that ******* and ******** brought into our home to do the various jobs were all respectful, helpful, informative, timely, and good at what they did. ******** was my point person for the length of the entire project, from initial bid/estimate through completion. The project spanned over several months, and I had many questions during that time. ******** was very responsive to my questions and was very proactive in her communications to me as the project progressed. Coordinating and scheduling all of the jobs, workers, subcontractors, and deliveries can be a complex job. ******** kept me informed throughout the process while also ensuring that her timeline worked with my schedule and the schedule of my family.******** has also checked in with me after the work was completed. While the project is complete, I am confident that ********* ******** and the Jackson Remodeling team will continue to stand behind their work. If I am ever in need of remodeling services moving forward, I will be connecting with Jackson Remodeling & Repair before even considering working with another company.Thank you!
