I come in needing a reliable vehicle with a budget of $300 a month which I had to keep moving my budget up. They put me in a 2016 Jeep Cherokee that was over $300 over my budget. The 2nd day it had a smell that was making me lite headed and I was just passed back and forth on the phone and no one would listen to me. I even dropped it off at the service center for an under coating where they refused to talk to me or look at it. No one would listen to me till there was no antifreeze left in the vehicle. Not only was it way over my budget but then was never given paperwork, paperwork went missing from my glove box and was told 2 different things on what was wrong with the vehicle. Was never given any paperwork or even told the vehicle was fixed. Now I was trying to make a point when I went in to get something different that I needed something reliable and safe as the guy next to the guy I was working with didnt want to hear any of my concerns and was over talking the entire time and saying its all about the price no because now I have a new vehicle they put me in a 2014 **** Escape, still above my price range but made it work and now the check engine light is on! So while that *** wants to rise his voice at me Im now in a second vehicle and within a week has an issue. They made me trade in the Jeep and made me take a -$4000 hit and now I have to take the 2nd vehicle in to them and see what they are going to do about it. This is only the 2nd vehicle I have ever purchased and dont know if this is common but I dont want to ever deal with this company or the vehicles again and Im at a loss at what to do about the situation.
