      Fraudulent tanning lotion products being sold. Sent emails with no response. Spoke to one of owners on the phone who admitted to they are unable to stand behind their companys product and cannot guarantee authenticity. Direct quote our warehouse gets them, thats all I know. Offered me a refund then rescinded that offer, only offering a replacement. Unacceptable as the first product quite literally smelled of chemicals and turned GREEN after one use and proper storage. Photos were sent with visual evidence which they refused to acknowledge. They then moved on to accusing CUSTOMERS of tampering with the product which is laughable. They are fully aware they are selling inauthentic and potentially dangerous product and are unwilling to do a thing about it.

      Our response to the complaint is the product was purchased from a national distributor it was not fraudulent. If the product is in winter freezing or overheated in summer in shipment it can point spoil. We offered the customer a replacement if she sent the lotion back to us so we can get a replacement, and we would reimburse her for shipping cost. That was our last conversation, and we are still waiting on the customer to send the product back to us.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I do not want a replacement, I want the refund that was originally offered by your company. I have no use or need for a replacement item after your admission that you cannot guarantee authenticity of your items. I refuse to use any more of your toxic concoctions made with unknown chemicals. Therefore, your solution is unsatisfactory.
